Police: your under arrest

Danielle: WHAT?!

Diggy: under Arrest for what?

Police: assault of Jerry Hendrey

-police starts to handcuff Diggy, spin and roger come running towards the door

Spin: what the hell?

Diggy looks at Danielle while getting handcuffed and tells her to call perry and he says he loves her and the police puts him in the squad car and they pull off. Danielle hurries and calls perry and he says to meet him at the police station. She grabs the twins and puts them in the backseat

-15 minutes later everyone arrives at the station.Danielle is crying silently and spin is trying to comfort her. roger is pacing back an forth. Danielle gets up and goes to the front desk where a lady is typing on a computer

Danielle: I need to speak to whoever is in charge.....

Lady: I'm sorry you can't

Danielle: (gets a little more stern) I...need to speak to who EVER IS IN CHARGE

Lady:...um Mrs.Simmons I'm sorry

-Just then the chief walks in and begins to walk towards Danielle

Police Chief: Mam I'm going to have to have you to calm down

Danielle: how you can tell me to calm down when my husband is in jail?

Chief: we're bringing in Mr. Hendrey
Now for questioning.

Perry: I files a report for them

Chief: yes and we will Try to get to that as soon as possible

Danielle: my husband was doing what was right!

Chief: beating someone up is NOT what is right!

Danielle: my KIDS WERE MOLESTED! Now you TELL me what is right and what's wrong

Chief: -silent-

Danielle: why Is Daniel in Jail and not Jerry?!?

-just then two police walk in bringing in Jerry and Jessica Handcuff

Spin: speaking of the devil.....

-Danielle runs up to Jerry and slaps him, a random police officer tries to grab her but fails

Danielle: (looks at Jessica) I HATE you.....you disgust me

Jessica: maybe if your little bitch ass woulda never hooked up Wit diggy we would never be in this situation!

-Danielle charges at Jessica and sucker punches her then quickly turns around and tries to hit Jerry but someone pulls her off. She turns around to see who pulled her off and sees that it is Rev and she immediately cries into his chest. They whisk away Jerry and Jessica and David starts to call out for Danielle.


David: maaaah mahhhhh
(Danielle walks over to David and picks him up)

Danielle: yes my little munchkin?

David: are Yhu ohkay?

Danielle: yes mommy is alright she just got a little mad and did some bad things okay?

David: can we go get ice cream?

Danielle: (puts David down and picks up Danalynn) do you wanna go get ice cream Dana?

Danalynn: yes

Danielle: would it make you feel better?

Danalynn: yes

Danielle: okay we'll go get some ice cream

Spin: (gets up) ill take them

Danielle: thank you

Spin: Roger let's goo

Roger: sure

Spin: I get to take my favorite niece and nephew out for ice cream

-David laughs and 2 minutes later they leave

Rev: are you okay Danielle

Danielle: I'm fine I...I just don't know what to do

Rev: it will be okay you an diggy are a strong couple and will make it through this

Danielle: thank you (hugs him)

-1 hour later, Perry walks In from talking to the Police Chief and says that Diggy will be out in a couple of minutes on bail.

Danielle: OHHH thank god , what about Jerry and Jessica?

Perry: I don't know yet but all they said was that they were gnna go to jail for a while

Danielle: thanks Perry(hugs him)

Perry: no problem


----5 minutes later and officer is bringing Diggy out of a room and un-cuffs him. Diggy runs over to Danielle and they're brought into a comforting embrace.

Diggy: heyyy baby its alright, Their in jail okay shhh (runs his hand through Danielle's Hair)

Danielle: Diggy i was scared. What would i do if you were in jail?

Diggy: everything you were doing before

Danielle: this is what i love about you

Diggy:(looks confused)

Danielle: your always so calm about EVERYTHING....it gets creepy sometimes(laughs)

Diggy: theirs the laugh (brings her closer and kisses her soft)

Rev: okayyyyy you guys, well now that i see that you guys are alright im gonna head home

Diggy: thanks dad (man daps him)

Rev: no problem son

--They say their goodbyes and They decided to go pick up the twins from Spins house. while they are in the car Diggy is kinda jumpy

Danielle:...Dig you okay?

Diggy: uh yeah

Danielle: no its not

Diggy: why'd you let them go with Spin?

Danielle: they wanted ice cream....Spin's not gonna do anything if that's what your implying...

Diggy: i just want to protect them, what if when they went to go get ice cream and they were kidnapped?

Danielle: Diggy your getting paranoid

Diggy: your under paranoid!

Danielle:1) that made no sense 2) imma pretend i didn't hear that

Diggy: alrighttttt...

---SKIPPING A LOT okay WEEK LATER

Danielle's POV

I woke up with Diggy arm's wrapped around me, I slowly un tangled his arms and went to the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth. I didn't even care if i wore Pj's all day. After i finished in the bathroom i went to go check on the twins. They were sound asleep so i went back into my room and watched Diggy sleep. He looked so cute and peaceful. I sat there for 15 minutes just watching. Then he woke up and looked at hard.

Diggy: um...umm watcha doing?

Danielle: watching you sleep

Diggy: oh that's cute

Danielle: really?

Diggy: you on that Edward Cullen type ishh

Danielle: (laughs) shut up boy

Diggy: nawww I'm a man

Danielle: okay "man" (kisses Diggy light)

Diggy:that's all i get?

Danielle: now?

Diggy:mmmmm(runs hands together)

Danielle pushes Diggy back on the bed to were he is staring at ceiling. Then she rubs her hands down his chest (Diggys is shirtless by the way;)  ) then she starts to go lower...and lower. She then starts to kiss up Diggy's chest until she came up to his lips and she pecks them and gets up fast.

Danielle: (smirks)

Diggy: You know i love you right?

Danielle: ive been told...

i gotta question ummm do you guys want a sex scene cuz i haven't done one in a WHILE if not then the next chapter will continue the story COMMENT and tell what you think. Just say Yes/No thanks homies :)
