*TRIGGERING MOMENTS IN THIS CHAPTER. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED*

After that phone call, I get another one. It's Amber. I answer it.

"Hey." I say softly.

"Maya! Finally! I'm coming over. And I know you're going to be in a shirt and jeans. I need you to change out of that and change into something party worthly. I'll be there in 30. Bye love ya!" She says quickly and the. hangs up.

"What?" I say. I groan and get up and walk to my room. I open my closet and look for "party worthy clothes."

After I just put on my second boot, I hear a loud honk. I grab my bag and phone, and head outside. The sunlight hurts my eyes. I cover my shade over my eyes with my hand. And walk towards Amber's car. I walk on the other side of the car since, the passenger side is on the right.

I close the door and put on my seatbelt.

Amber sighs. "It's been weeks, Maya. What happened?"

I looked at her, and triggered a flashback.

* FLASHBACK *
I grab her arm and twist it. I pull her closer, and grit my teeth. "You don't get to fucking with my life just because you don't like yours." I pull her to the ground and walk out of her house.

"Earth to Maya?" Amber shakes me. I get out of my flashback zone. "Are you okay? Cause if you don't you can always talk about what happened a few weeks ago with me" She asks me with her hand over my hand.

I told Amber what I did to Lilly. A pregnant woman. Something crossed my mind. Something dark. I wanted to kill her. I told Lilly that. I also told her never to speak about this to anyone. She told Grayson what I did. Not what I thought.

I smile at her, put my hand on top of hers and say, "Never been better."

She nods and takes off.

"Hey, where are we going anyways?" I ask her.

"The Dolan's."

"What?!" I freaked. "I'm getting out of the car." I say, I reached for the door handle as the car was moving, and I heard something lock. She locked the damn car.

I turn to her. "Let. Me. Out!"

"No." She says bluntly. "Maya, you have to go see him. He needs you."

I rolled my eyes. "No, he doesn't."

"He does, Maya. Everyday when you didn't answer him, he would sob. He would text me if I have heard from you. Maya, he cares." Amber says looking at me and back to the road.
