The Rise of Voltron: Part Two!

Lilly's POV:

Pidge, Lance, Hunk and I were sitting inside of what we assumed was Keith's cabin. Books were laid out everywhere, there was a coffee table, a couch, and a long sheet covered a large portion of the wall. The four of us sat around and chatted amongst each other while Keith was outside talking to Shiro. Lance was leaning against a wall, taking to Hunk, who stood off to the side while Pidge and I sat down on the couch with my arm around her shoulders as her head rested on one of mine.

Hunk groaned, running his hands though his hair. "Oh, man. We're gonna be in so much trouble.", he said.

"You always worry too much, big guy. We'll probably get a trophy or something.", Lance said, putting his hands on his hips and grinning like he won the lottery.

"I highly doubt that we'll get a trophy for something like this, Lance.", I told him. Lance glanced towards me with a smirk.

"Oh, yeah? Well, maybe you could be my trophy~", he asked. I rolled my eyes in annoyance as Pidge let out a growl next to me.

Soon, Shiro and Keith entered the shack, getting everyone's attention. Keith went up to the sheet that covered the wall and pulled it off, revealing diagrams and maps. I stepped a little closer to inspect the diagrams, maps and notes that were pinned to the wall. I felt Keith gaze at me. I gently smiled at him, but he kept a straight face. I raised an eyebrow, feeling an odd vibe from him.

"What have you been working on?", Shiro asked, looking at the maps.

"I can't explain it, really. After I got booted from the Garrison, I was kinda... lost and... felt drawn out to this place. It's like something... some kind of energy was telling me to search.", Keith replied.

"For what?", Shiro questioned, looking at Keith.

"Well, I didn't really know at the time... until I stumbled across this area.", Keith said, pointing to a marked spot on the map. "It's an outcropping of giant boulders with caves covered in these ancient markings. Each tell a slightly different story about a blue dragon, but they all share clues leading to some event, some big arrival happening last night.", Keith then turned to look at Shiro. "Then you showed up."

Shiro nodded slightly and looked back at us. "I should... thank you all for getting me out of there. Lance, right?"

Shiro faced Lance, offering his hand. Lance reached out his own hand, then hesitated, seeing Shiro's prostatic hand, but nonetheless shoke it.

Shiro offered to shake my hand with a soft smile and I gracefully did.

"I'm Lilly, nice to meet you.", I said, smiling at him. He smiled back.

"Likewise.", the cold metal of his hand gave me small goosebumps as we both shoke hands. Shiro then shook Hunk's hand next, but when he did, he just stood there, looking nervous.

"The nervous guy is Hunk. I'm Pidge.", Pidge introduced herself, shaking Shiro's hand. "So, did anyone else from your crew make it out?", she then asked.

"I'm not sure. I remember the mission and being captured, but after that, it's just little bits and pieces.", Shiro responded, furrowing his eyebrows.

Pidge sighed and her shoulders fell a little. I grabbed a hold of her hand and squeezed it softly as she returned the gesture.

"Yeah, sorry to interrupted, but back to the aliens. Where are they now? Are they coming? Are they coming for all of us? Like, where are they are they at this every moment?", Hunk asked, looking at Shiro for answers.

"I can't really put it together. I-I remember the word 'Voltron'. It's some kind of weapon they're looking for, but I don't know why. Whatever it is, I think we need to find it before they do.", Shiro replied to Hunk and jumped a bit when he saw Pidge's eyes vividly glow with awe at the word.
