Lilly's POV:
Going through the wormhole that Allura made, she told me that it would only be open for so long, so we needed to hurry up. Keith and I both sat in the flight pod as Keith maneuvered the pod through the wormhole. There was a very awkward silence as I fiddled with my thumbs. Seeing how Keith was piloting, he was way more experienced than I was at piloting, which I guess is why I was a co-pilot.
Heck, could I even manage to fly the White Dragon? Would it even accept me as it's pilot? What if Allura was wrong about me? So many doubts flooded my mind.
I then glanced at Keith, before he was expelled, we were both in the same class, along with Lance. We both didn't even talk to each other. He probably had forgotten about me, anyways, after he got expelled for his "behavioral issues". The pod advanced towards a pale-blue planet with light clouds surrounding it. Keith guided the pod downwards as it entered the planet's atmosphere. Moving closer, I could see many trees with purple leaves sprouting from the planet.
The pod then settled on the planet's surface. Getting up from my seat, I left the pod. My shoes touched the planet's surface, which was coated with pale-blue colored grass. Dark colored trees sprouted from the ground, many of them were arched and might I add, were all very huge. I examined the planet, noticing that the color schemes consisted of pale-blue, purple, dark-purple and pastel-blue colors. The planet had a somewhat calming/simple environment.
I had entirely forgotten about the boy next to me, who studied the planet as well, until his eyes settled on my frame, a mixture of sensations whirling inside him. Crossing my arms, I furrowed my eyebrows, thinking. Now, how do I find the White Dragon. Turning my face towards Keith, I found him all ready looking at me.
"Do you have any ideas for how we can find the dragon?", I asked him as he averted his eyes from mine, his eyebrows furrowed as if in thought.
There was a long silence between us, until the ground began to rumble. Somewhere close, I saw an enormous spout of water shoot up into the air. A geyser? My feet moved on their own as I ran towards the direction of the water spout, which was still in the air. I gazed back to see if Keith was following me, and he was. His gaze was fixed on the geyser as well. We both went through a bunch of arched trees and large crystals, which appeared to shine as I passed by them.
Finally, we made it to the geyser, which was surrounded by water. Looking over the water, I could see that it was very clear, almost as if looking into a mirror. I could see crystals sprouting on the bottom of the lake/pond. I could also see steam coming out from the water, figuring that it was hot. And in the water, I could see white fish. They all swam so smoothly through the clear water. They closely resembled koi fish.
Suddenly, I felt this weird, strong energy flowing through my body and it directed itself to my chest.
"Do you feel that?", I asked out loud, seeing if it was only me who was feeling this odd energy.
"Feel what?", Keith asked, puzzled by my strange question.
"....I think it's calling to me." I replied shutting my eyes, trying to focus on the energy.
The image of the White Dragon came into my mind as it gave me directions towards her, knowing she had my full attention now. Her piercing, golden eyes glowed as I heard earsplitting roar in my head. Gasping, I opened my eyes. I turned to Keith, who looked a bit concerned.
"I know where she is.", I said smiling.
I quickly stood up and ran around the lake that held the geyser that seemed to have powered off. I heard footsteps following behind me, indicating that the boy was right behind me. I kept running around many trees and crystals. The strange feeling in my chest began to get stronger and stronger as I headed in the direction of the dragon.
