*a month later*

-Amelia-

I sit at my desk, my newly assigned text book open in front of me. Looking over at Jordan who was scribbling things down in his notebook. We had been through about a week of classes and I was already drowning in homework. Jordan looks at me, smiling slightly.

"So first weeks done, how was it?"

"Crazy."" I say getting up.

"It'll get easier."

"Yeah but the math stucks."

"Don't worry, calculus sucks.", he nods.

"I'm done for now.", I say shaking my head, and flopping onto my bed. Jordan smiles and sits next to me. I look at him, and he starts playing with my hair.

"So are you done?"

"With homework yes."

"No with the whole bad news bearers?"

"Oh....well I...I actually don't know.", I say stuttering slightly. Jordan nods in an understanding way. I start thinking about it. I'm going to need some sort of job but ordinary jobs were boring. The delivering bad news wasn't all bad, people were nice and it wasn't any thing hard. Honestly I liked it, is was something different.

"It's something different. It's not an ordinary job."

"I'm afraid I won't have time."

"You will."

"For work, school, and you of course I don't know if I will."

"You can try."

"And if I fail?"

"Well you still have me to help you out."

"I guess so, but I'll have to start scheduling people again then.", I say closing my eyes.

"You can do it."

"I'll do it tomorrow, I still have a ton of homework."

"I'm getting close to being done."

"Lucky.", I mutter sitting up.

"I can help you with it, I took those classes last year."

"Please help then."

"Okay.", he nods. I grab my text book and sit back down next to him. Jordan looks at it and starts pointing out things, and helping me out.

The next morning, I wake up bright and early. I groan as I roll out of bed. Going the kitchen, I start a pot of coffee and grab my laptop. I start scrolling through things trying to set up a few jobs for today.

I look at the clock and see that I was running out of time. Soon enough I'd have to get dressed for school and actually go to school. Quickly, scrolling through the different jobs I pick a few and quickly scribble them down on a sticky note.

My alarm goes off and I groan. This whole thing was going to be harder than expected. I sigh and go to my room, quickly tugging on a pair of jeans and a shirt. I pull a cardigan on and walk to the door.

Jordan knocks on it, at the exact time as everyday. I push a stay strand of hair out of my face and open the door. Jordan walks in, knowing that I was most likely running behind. And as per usual I was. Hurriedly stuffing my books in my bag, I scramble to slip my feet into a pair of converse.

"Ready?", Jordan asks and I nod. He leads the way out the door and I follow him back to his car. After buckling my seat belt, I lean back in my seat finally finding a moment to catch my breath. Jordan drives the normal route to the college while I hum along to the radio. He pulls into the park lot and we both get out.

"I love you.", Jordan says pulling me into a hug.

"I love you too.", I say hugging back tightly. This was the last time before lunch I'd see Jordan and then after that I wouldn't see him until late tonight. Jordan pecks my lips and I smile wide.

"I'll see you at lunch."

"Of course.", I nod and watch as Jordan walks to class. I sigh quietly and head to my first class of the day. I slide into my seat and ignore the people looking at me, just wanting to be done with the day.

The day drags on slowly, but I sigh in relief as my last class ends. Jordan was done an hour or two ago which was good for him. Not so great for me since I was stuck in that place. Sure I had wanted to go, but it wasn't anymore fun than high school. I needed the education or else I wouldn't have even gone.

I walk out to the parking lot and off campus. Jordan had to record and I told him I could just walk home. He refused but I ended up getting him to agree. The few books in my backpack seemed to get heavier and heavier as I followed the sidewalk. Trying to ignore it I kept walking really wishing I had accepted the ride from Jordan.

I get home and set my bag on my bed. Pulling the text books out I look at them for a brief second before my eyes land on the sticky note laying on my desk. I snatch it up and smile. I had almost forgotten about it. Sighing in relief that I was gonna be able to put off the stupid homework I get up and go over to my closet.

I change into some nicer clothes, grab the sticky note and head out the door. Choosing to walk, I smile taking in the fresh air. The walk was nicer now that I didn't have pounds of books to carry around. As I'm about to reach my first job, my phone rings and I quickly look at it. Seeing a text from Jordan a smile finds it's way onto my face. I look at it then frown slightly.

Want to go out for dinner

I look up and see the house I was headed to right ahead. Biting my lip, I quickly say I'm busy which receives a frowny face. I sigh and put my phone away heading to my first job.

Hey doods! So first off sorry for this crappy chapter, I'm just in a bad mood so writing happy things isn't working too well. I'm gonna go try and write a chapter of running and listen to Bring Me The Horizon because I've been loving them lately so yeah. Bye.
