Carnival

I pushed that thought from my mind. I couldn't get all sad, I'm going to a carnival!

"Jordan!" Nash yelled from down stairs.

"Yah?!" I yelled back louder.

"Were leaving at eight!" he yelled as louder as he could.

"Okay!" I yelled. As if we were having a screaming contest.

I looked at the time. 6. Good. I have two hours. I hopped in the shower.

I headed back for the living room, to start cleaning up. I felt like someone was watching me. Sure enough I was right. I turned around to see Hayes.

"Stop staring at me." I grabbed the bowl and took it to the kitchen. "what" I yelled.

"Your up to something." He contained staring.

"No I'm not. " I denied.

"Than why are we going to a carnival. You hate the one that comes to town. You say it's pointless if there's an amusement park down the road."

I shrugged my shoulders, "I changed my mind. "

"What are you gonna do!" he begged.

"Okay fine. If I tell you go can't tell her and you can't be with us. "

"Deal. "

I turned on the curling iron and plugged in the hair dryer. I plugged in my music to get some other noise than the hair dyer and Hayes tv.

I really wanted on of those huge teddy bears that are like ten times the size of a normal one.

----later that night at the carnival.

We've been walking around for a while now. Passing games and loud noises. Kids crying because they have to go. Young teens falling 'in love'. But in all fairness I'm actually having a really fun time. Nash even got me one of those big teddy bears that I wanted. The best part was Hayes hasn't bother us this whole time. He met some girl on the tea cups and hasn't left her side.

"Tonight has been great." Nash cheered stroking his thumb on mine.

"Yup. I really like this bear. " I giggled.

"What are you gonna name it?" he asked.

I thought for a second and it came to me, "tiny. "

"Why? it's huge!"

"Exactly. " I laughed. He started tickling my sides the hugged me from behind. I couldn't help but laugh.

"You two are really cute together. " Some random girl said, "wait your Nash g-"

"Shhh!" he shushed her, "if we get a picture will you please not say anything."

"DEAL!" she cheered.

She snapped the picture and left. We continued walking till we hit the Ferris wheel. I was hopping Nash wouldn't say anything but it's kinda hard to mis.

"Let's go on the ferris wheel!" he pointed to the circular death trap.

"No!" i shut him down instantly.

"Why. come on it will be fun!" he begged pulling me closer.

"No Nash! I'm afraid of heights. " I resisted.

"Don't worry. I got you. " He picked me up.

"Nash!" I laughed, "put me down!" So he did. "even if we did go we can take teddy bears on"

And just my luck Hayes walked by.

Nash grabbed tiny out of my hands and gave it to Hayes.

"Watch this till we get back." Nash demanded.

"No! we were going to go on!" Hayes tried to give it back but Nash ran and pulled me along.

"Nash. I'm gonna die!" I pouted.

"No your not" he laughed at me getting in the ride. He stared at me with his deep blue eyes. Till I have in.

I say down and it jerked us back a little but I was done.

"Nope! I'm done have fun nash!" I tried to get off but Nash pulled me from my waist back and I ended up on his lap. the guy shut the door and the ride started.

I closed my eyes and tried to think happy thoughts but I wasn't working out so good. I buried my face in Nash's neck and pretended like I was just driving or that it was a dream. Than the ride stopped.

"Is it over?" I peeked open one eye.

"Look." was the only respond I got.

I opened both eyes scared as can be but I was relieved to see the beautiful view.

"It's beautiful up here." I stared at the peach painted sunset.

"That's not the only thing that's beautiful up here. " Nash whispered.

I snapped my focus to him. Staring at his eyes. Looking at his cute irresistible smile. I noticed he suddenly started closing his eyes and leaning closer. But I couldn't help but let him kiss me. it felt like what would be our first kiss. Sparks flew. Never mind scratch that. Fireworks went off. The beauty and passion was in the air.
