You were a bit scared since he had just run up to you. Of course, you knew he was a vampire and you knew what your parents where. This was no surprise to you at all, but you were still scared out of your mind. "You did not have to run up to me you know," you claimed as you took a step back to get a bit of breather.

"Of course love, but you must know this is my room and you are here because this is a safe place for you. Though I would like your company more, but that is for your parents to see" Caius said as he looked at you and looks outside. "Well, I must be going, and thank you for not screaming. I do hate it when people scream when I don't want them to scream" he says as he walks out and locks the door to make sure you don't wonder and get 'hurt'.

You had looked and blinked a bit as then you walked to the door and tried to open it. "Will this is fucking great, I am locked in a room and no food. I am starving" You said to yourself as you walked around the room as it was massive. "Well at least he has books and everything," you claimed and walked farther into the room and found a small collection of books and found your favorite book. You grabbed it and sat down on a comfy chair and started to read it from book one.

Some time had past and you looked up at the clock and blinked as it was about 10 o'clock at night and sighed. "Well, I officially have not eaten since noon, great," You said as you put down the third book and walked out of the place and went to the bed and sat on it as you had no idea what to do. You then heard a knock on the door and it was opened and it was your mother and father with a smile.

"Darling sorry about everything, we had to go on a hunt for a bit. Now down to business. I know you have meet Caius, one of the founders." Your father said as he walked to you and smelling like blood. In which you tried not to gag about the smell and everything.

"Yes I have met him, and he was very interesting. His eyes turned redder when he saw me." You had said as you looked at your mother and hugged her and smiled. "I am just happy that you are with me and I will be with you. Do you know when I will be turned and everything?" you asked as you really wanted to know but didn't know that you were chosen to do something.

"Ah, well sweetie there is something we need to tell you. We are very proud of you and we are not sure what you have done, but you did well." your mother said as she was looking at you. "You are master Caius's mate," she said.

You looked at them with a confused look and didn't know what they meant. "What do you mean that I am his mate. What, I am his damn soul mate and that we are destined to be together or something. I mean I never dated anyone and I personally do not want to date anyone right now. I just want to focus on school and everything. You know like a normal person who happens to become a vampire whenever you all are going to tell me." You said as you were not very happy about things as you didn't really think that you were worth it or was his type.

Your father looked at you and nodded as this was going to be harder now. "Dear, you may need to think about what you have just said. This is Caius, he is quite aggressive but he does mean well. He will make a nice husband and he will take care of you. What if something happened to us, we want you to have someone who can take care of you." he says as he gets up as he knows it was time for a meeting. "We will talk more about this later, but for now all of us have to go meet someone. We have already met him, but you need to meet him and he will tell you about all the rules and more," he says as he walks out and waits for you and your mother.

You nodded and looked at your mother as you were not very happy about all of this and walked out. You had this sudden chill as you all were walking into the main hall, you could still smell the blood from that day. As since they had fed that day and you were thankful to not throw up. You walked in and saw Caius who was sitting on the side and another man next to him. The one in the middle looks down at you and walks to you and kisses your hand like a gentleman. You smiled as you didn't know but you did look at Caius and he was handsome but you probably were out of his league.

"Ah, you must be the dear human I must have been told by Caius and your parents. You will make a nice addition to the family. Please tell me, how are you liking it here." The long-haired man said as he had his hair slicked back and looked at you with a grin.

You looked and gulped a bit and calmed down a little bit and smiled back. "I do like it here, though I would like to walk around this place. It looks beautiful and I want to see how this place is." You said as you were trying to say something.

"Well then, you shall very soon. For now, I would like if you and Caius spend some time. What he has told me about you is intriguing and I want you two to build. Oh, and where are my manners! My name is Aro Volturi. The one in the blonde is Caius, as you met and the one in the darker hair is Marcus." Aro said as he looked at your parents. "You may leave, Caius will talk to her about the rules. I have matters to attend to. Good evening." He says as he speeds out.

You looked at your parents as they nodded and left as well and Marcus had already left. You were alone with Caius and waved a little as you might as well try to talk to him. "Well, that was flattering." You said as he walked to him and he looked down and smirked.

"Let's start with us shall we," Caius said as he picked you up and speeds out and was near a beautiful lake.
