You woke up in a beautiful bed and a comfy one as well. You looked around as you had no idea what was going on and you knew something was up. "What in the name of Merlin happened," You said to yourself as you got out of bed and looked out the window as it looked like it was afternoon. The garden was beautiful as you looked outside, it had roses, lilies, and many other kinds of flowers. You turned around as you heard the door open and was scared as you didn't want to get hurt. "Who is there," you said.

"Glad you are awake my child." The man said as he looked into your eyes and they were beautiful and sad. "I am not sure if you heard me but my name is Marcus and I am very sorry about your friend. I tried to save her but I could not, she was already dead by the time I went to get her." Marcus said as he knew you were going to cry.

You looked at him and nodded as you sat down on a chair and just bawled your eyes out. "First I lost a boy to some slut and now I lose my best friend to a bloody vampire." You said as you wanted to die right then and there. "Can I just go home, I won't say anything." You said.

Marcus shook his head as he felt your pain and sat next to you as he held his arms around you for comfort. "I am sorry, but I am afraid I can not let you go. You have already seen that we are here and living. Aro, who is the head leader of this clan will talk to you about everything. No need to worry about your future as I have already told him about you and he does like you. With that said I must inform you about the rules we have here just for this particular matter" he says.

"What in Merlins Beard do you mean, particular matters?" you asked as you really did not want any part of this crap. "please just let me go home, I have parents," you said as you sniffed and oddly felt safe with this man.

"I know and well I have already informed that you are safe and will be staying here for a while for school wise. They were very happy about it." Marcus said as he kept a straight face.

You wondered if something happened to him as you felt his sadness. "I know it is not my place to know, but did something happen. You look sad and I feel this energy from you that you are broken and do not want to live on." You said as you had a hack to peoples feelings as you had always felt them. It was a nack you had ever since you were in middle school.

Marcus looks and shakes his head. "You are an interesting girl, but that I will tell you another day. First the rules" he says as he gets up and speeds up and went to grab a large book. "It is a lot, but you only need to know a few, the rest will be for later," Marcus said as he opens it to the Human Accords. "Just a few here. You must not leave this room unless it is an emergency." He says as he looks at the time. "Ah, Aro. He does not like a late meeting." He says as he picked you up and speeds and sets you down and went to his seat.

"You must be Marcus's Mate. Welcome, let me look at you more closely" Aro said as he looked to be the one in charge. He walked down to you and he held your hand and smiles. "Power is low but will be useful. Marcus, would it be possible to make her our kind by tonight. Her skill is, perfect for our addition." Aro said as he looks at you.

You jerk your and away from the crazy man. "Like hell, I am his mate as well what do you mean to turn me. You are going to turn me into a vampire just because I have this kind of skill. I don't think so." you said as you did not like this and was not afraid to talk back. "I would like to stay a human please." You say.

The blonde one spoke as he rolled his eyes. "Quite human, that is not your decision. You will still be turned or be dead. You know out kind and we take that. We normally would kill you, but Marcus's claims you as his mate." He says as he stands.

"What do you mean he claims it so. He could not have just fallen in love with me. Marcus just met me." You said as you didn't understand this. "What vampires can sense their true love?" you said jokingly.

Marcus nodded as he looked and chuckles. Everything went quite as no one has herd Marcus chuckle for centuries. "Yes, we can tell when we have met our true love or blood singers. As your blood does sing to me. You have this smell that I love." he says.

You not knowing what to say, you just looked at him. "This is going to be interesting..." you said as then you just fainted. You didn't know how to process everything and you panicked. You couldn't breathe and the last thing you felt was Marcus catching you and him yelling your name to wake up.
