Suprise visit

" Do you know who tried to kill you" The doctor has asked for the millionth time but I wasn't speaking. I was in the hospital for like a week and it's been a week since I saw asap. I cried every night he wasn't here. He wouldn't answer my text or phone calls so I stopped trying. Vandka sat next to the doctor and looked at me with pleading eyes for me to say something this time.

I rolled my eyes and sighed before answering. " Hanna Lock, we were friends but I left my home and I supposedly took her boyfriend so she tried to kill me" I say. " In self defense I killed her" my hands began to shake and the heart monitor beeped faster. " Calm down" vandka says. I looked at her like she was crazy " Calm down? The person I Love Just Walked Out On Me. Ever since Jay I haven't loved like that. I Just Killed Someone And You Want Me To Calm down?" My eyes got watery and my heart was aching.

" I'm sorry" Vandka says. " Please, please get out" I say. She nodded and grabbed her bag and shit " Not you" I looked at the doctor and he nodded. He grabbed his clip board and walked out. Vandka scooted closer to me " Hanna did this?" She asked " Yea, here" I handed her a chip " It was in her boot and I think it had something to do with Rocky. "I say.

" How did you get it through here" She took the chip and put it in her purse. " God ain't give me a throat for nothing" I say.

" Go home" I say and she looked at me " I'm sure I'm fine. I was left alone for a week. I can handle it" I say thinking about rocky. " Don't worry child. He made a big mistake" she says before getting up and walking out.

I was now alone now. No one to talk to. I missed him. I kissed him very much. There was a knock on my door and I called out " Who Is it" they didn't answer. The person stepped I  and I got scared " Who are you" I say sitting up and scooting back on the bed. " Shh shh, you don't know me but I'm August. I'm here to help you" he said stepping closer to me.

" Aye stay" I say pointing a finger at him. He backed up with his hands up showing me he means no harm. " How can I trust you" I say. " umm" he stepped closer and I tensed as he pulled one of the monitors off me and put it at his pulse. " I'm not going to hurt you" the heart didn't speed up or slow down, it stayed the same. " Who do you work for" I say.

" There is an organization called Pink Rose. We help people that need it" he explained. " What is the pink rose" i said but rolled my eyes " exactly"

" We take over organizations like the hit and green trap" he said. " we try to make the streets ok for people" he says. " Your very capable of a lot and we like it, we want you to join but only if you want to" he says.

I look him over and over making sure nothing is out of order. "Ok but how are you gonna get me out of here?security  is everywhere" I say. He chuckled " Manny" he called. The door swung open to reveal and a woman with a nurse's outfit on but the mask covered her lower part of her face.

"She already checked you out" he smiled.

Soon enough she helped me out of bed and for clothes on and we got out of the hospital. We all stepped into a jeep and we proceed to go to God knows where  " August" I say looking out the window "Yes"he answers. " How did you find me"i asked.

"We heard of your incident last week and we wanted you to come to our side you know. Mansey knew how to fight due to her boxing but you have raw fight skills. We like it" I smiled kinda.

Then I thought of rocky. That made me stop smiling.

" I know your loved one had left you but look at it this way. You can stop being worried about who'd kill you in your sleep"

But that didn't bother me. What bothered me was I found him dead. I love him.

" Just sit back and enjoy the ride" he says smiling reassuringly.
