It's been three months since Severus and I decided to try for our family, or at least start trying for our family. Since then we've come back to Hogwarts, two months have gone by, we've been trying night and day hoping to start our future soon. Today happens to be the last day of school for our students, sadly Severus and I can't leave until all of the finals are graded. I was woken up today rushing to the bathroom as my stomach contents spilled into the bowl, I felt a hand rubbing my back while the other held my hair back tying it into a ponytail. When it was over I sighed, wiping my mouth sitting on the floor leaning my back against the tub, I closed my eyes shaking my head before opening my eyes to see Severus looking at me with concern written all over his face.
"I'm alright."
"I don't think you are."
"Severus, I promise, I probably just ate something that didn't settle, it's alright."
He sighed, shaking his head.
"Are you going to be alright to teach today?"
"Yes, I'll be fine, don't worry so much, I'm strong, I can take care of myself."
"I know, but still."
I stood from my spot on the floor brushing my teeth and doing my hair before turning, and giving him a small kiss. When I pulled away he smiled, wrapping his arms around my waist holding me close.
"I love you, I just want you to be alright."
I sighed, pulling out of his hold looking into his onyx eyes.
"I know, but I don't need you to hover and worry about me all the time, I love you for caring, but I can take care of myself."
"I know, we should get ready though."
I nodded my head walking out of his hold into our room away from home, I love Hogwarts, it's always been my home. However since Severus and I got married and spent all that time away from Hogwarts it just doesn't seem like home anymore. I sighed going to my closet pulling out a white short sleeve button up shirt, with a pair of skinny jeans held up by a brown belt, with black pointed toe flats.

I brushed my teeth once more before brushing out my hair leaving it to flow down my back, and doing my usual make-up routine with back eyeliner, and some mascara. I walked out of the bathroom grabbing my wand before giving Severus a kiss, before walking out of the room. Severus headed to the great hall while I went to talk to Poppy, I know that something's wrong. I think I know what it is and if it's true I don't know how I'm going to tell Severus, however I know he'll be ecstatic. I walked into the hospital wing and Poppy stood up coming over and giving me a small hug, I smiled before pulling away.
"Hi Poppy, how are you?"
"Oh I'm good dear, what brings you here?"
"Well Severus and I have been trying to have a baby and I think I might be pregnant, however I don't want to tell him until I'm sure."
She sighed, giving me a smile nodding her head.
"Alright, we can take a look."
"Thanks."
She smiled nodding her head before leading me over to one of the beds, she made me lay down and waved her wand over my belly. I watched as a gold light came up confirming that I am in fact pregnant, I smiled with small tears in my eyes. Poppy made me sit up and pulled me into a hug, I hugged her back and knew that today my life really starts now all that's left is to tell Severus. I sighed pulling away from Poppy, before getting off the bed, she smiled at me once more and I headed to teach my class. The rest of the day went by fairly quick and as the night came to a close Severus and I walked to our chambers. We walked into the room and I sighed changing into one of his shirts and crawling into bed. Severus soon joined me wrapping his arms around my waist holding me close, placing a kiss on my collar bone. I smiled rolling over and cuddling into his chest, I placed a kiss on one of the many tattoos scattered there. He smiled at me and I sighed, closing my eyes and loving every moment of being in his arms, I knew that tomorrow everything would change and I was more than ready for it.
