I'll be honest – I wasn't getting any comments or much reads so I thought people had just lost interest in the story – but I've recently got a few very sweet messages asking me to continue and I realized I'm doing this for OMB fans not the numbers – so ill be carrying on even if they are only 3 people reading my story – hehe – thanks to everyone who reads and comments -- 😊

Cesar struggles to tell Monse about his kiss with Olivia

Monse calling.
Cesar stared at his phone, which was buzzing with a lit picture of Monse showing up on the screen. Why was she calling him ? Had Olivia told her about the kiss ? already ? it had happened like 20 Minutes ago ? Oh My God what was he gonna do ? Should he answer it ? should he not ? what if he didn't and Monse got REALLY mad and never spoke to him again. He couldn't take that risk.
He took a deep breathe.
"Hello?"
"Hey are yous till mad at me about the not safe comment? Because I'm really sorry and I really need to talk to you"
Cesar was startled speechless what wait .. she was asking him if he was mad at her ? wait what ok so she definitely didn't know about Olivia yet.
"Cesar c'mon" Monse's voice startled him out of his thoughts "Yeah hey – im here" he finally said "and no Im not mad, I'm actually really glad you called" he said honestly.
Monse sighed a breath of relief "Oh ThankGod because I really need to see you" she said "You won't believe what happened!"
"What?" Cesar asked curiously the memory of his indiscretion momentarily forgotten
"I think" Monse said "I think I met my Mom"
Cesar jaw dropped open "WHAT?"
"Yep" Monse said excitedly "Jamal dragged me to this Ladies house in Brentwood and then a friend of hers came to visit and I swear I'm almost positive it was my mom"
"Wow Monse" Cesar let out a breath "I can't believe that happened" The guilt storm in his chest started raging again, not only had he missed out on one of the most life changing moments of Monse's life, he had been kissing another girl during it. Just great.
"Yeah" Monse said quietely "Though I think I might be wrong – it can't be her can it ?" There was doubt in her voice.
"Hey" Cesar said gently "If it isn't its okay, its not like you were actively looking for her and if it is actually is her then .. then we can talk about what you want to do"
"You're right" Monse said still sounding totally stressed "Hey can I come over?"
The guilt in Cesar's chest changed to excitement the to anxiety and back to excitement in seconds "Do you even have to ask?" He said "Ofcourse you can"
"Okay" Monse said laughing "See you soon" and hung up.
Cesar stared at the phone, she was coming over, she didn't know about the kiss and she wanted to see him. What was he going to do? Should he tell her? Definitely not. She would kill him! But what if Olivia told her first? Man, why did he keep making his life miserable?
