4- The Two meetings

"I thought that you were going to be late." Shweta screamed as soon as I entered.

"Okay. You come home with me today. Take all my shopping and make your additions. Before that, take it to the tailor to alter it. I should look most beautiful of us seven." I told her.

"Now, I am sending the girl inside." she said.

"Hi Rachel."

"Hi Emily. Well, I came here to tell you something. The alpha of my pack is coming this year."

"What? How..when...why? You mean Raymond?" I ask her terrified.

"Yes I mean Raymond. He is coming to the mating ceremony party. He will stay here in the pack house if he finds his mate till six months until the actual Mating Ceremony takes place."

"Great. What if he doesn't find his mate?"

"Then he will simply leave this place and mate with some other women." 

"women?! Means he will have sex with many other humans?!"

"Yes. This is the latest peace of gossip around. Other than that, The Rising Sun won 3-1 against The Night Riders."

"Good. But how come they defeated Angad? He is a powerful player. Not even our best player could defeat him."

So, we talked on and on jumping from one topic to the other. soon 1 hour ended and she told me she will be staying at the pack house along with the Alpha.

Shweta send the Alpha in.

I was surprised to see the the Luna had also come.

Em, Luna has also come. Either it is a very good news or a very bad one.

I know it. Shut up.

"Hi Alpha and Luna. Welcome. Please have a seat." I told them politely.

"Hello Emily. I see you are very excited for the party. But i hope you know Alpha Raymond is also coming." The Luna said.

"Yes luna, I am very well aware of this fact. Do you want me to help him or something?"

"No. We just want you to be good friends with him. Most people just don't know a story about our and his pack." The Alpha said.

"What story?" I asked curiously.

" Well once upon a time, vampires attacked our society. At such time of crisis, my forefather allowed his forefather to stay at our pack. He made an agreement that if any of his future family doesn't have a werewolf mate, our pack will give him one werewolf as his mate and this secret was to be concealed. Even i came to know about it now from Alpha Raymond. So, in any case, if he doesn't find his mate, then he will have choice from you or Clara or Bethy. So, if he chooses you then you should at least be on talking terms with him. i understand you are very angry right now but please control your anger." Alpha told me as he was stating the most obvoius thing in the world.

"Oh. Should i be happy to listen to this? Alpha, right now, i have no choice in my life. Even if I find my mates, Then also I have to go with that Alpha of yours. And what if he has a human mate? Then all my life i will have to receive envy and jealousy from other woman" I stated angrily.

"OK THEN! DO WHATEVER YOU WANT! GO AND BECOME A ROGUE INSTEAD OF A LUNA. UNDERSTAND IF YOU WANT. BUT I WILL NOT LET YOU GO WITH YOUR MATE IF YOU ARE CHOOSEN EVEN IF YOU DECIDE TO BECOME A ROGUE!!!!" Alpha shouted.

"Calm down,Darling. Calm down. Emily understands us, don't you Emily?" The Luna said in a soothing voice.

"Yes Luna. I understand. It is just that i can't control my emotions. He lives so far away in the northern mountains. I will never be able to meet you all." I stated, on the verge of crying.

They soon left and i cried my heart out. I was till then pacified and excited as anyone to face this challenge!

I then took Shweta home with me. I helped mother while she searched for my dress.
