Steven x Reader

"Gardevoir return!" You said with a sigh.

You just lost to the Heonn champion Steven Stone; for third time.

"You fought well." Steven said. "You almost got time there!"

"Yeah yeah." You mumbled.

Steven sighed. "I just wish you had just a little more confidence in yourself."

"Shut up Stone." You said angrily. "How will you understand how I feel?"

You crossed your arms and looked down at the ground. Steven walked up to you and hugged you, which threw you off guard.

"H-Hey!" You stuttered and blushed.

"I was in the same shoes as you." He whispered in your ear.

Your eyes widened.

"I wasn't champion before you know." He continued. "Remember Wallace the gym leader? He was champion before me. And I lost to him; a lot. He told me to never give up, even when the times where rough, he told me to keep going."

He caressed your hair and looked deep into your eyes. You both blushed. You closed your eyes, thinking nothing will happen. But something did. You felt something warm on your lips. You turned even more red. You never wanted to admit that you liked him, but it seemed like he saw through the whole act you put on. After a while you two stopped kissing.

"I'm sorry..." He said blushing. "I just had to... I love you so much. I just couldn't hold it in anymore!"

"I love you too Steven..." you muttered blushing.

He laughed. "I kinda figured you did."

"S-Shut up!" You yelled turning even more red then before.

You started to hit him lightly.

"This will teach you!" You said.

All he can do was laugh. Soon you just started to laugh as well.
