Hau X Reader

"Oh, I can't wait to eat those malasadas with you today!" Hau jumped up and down in excitement.

You chuckled. He was a little too naive. He doesn't know that it was a date.

"Alright, let's go over to beach." You replied.

Hau looked confused, but he followed you anyway. As you walked around the beach, you can feel Aloha's beautiful sunset on your skin. It felt strange this time. Probably because it has something to do with you wanting to confess your love to Hau. You two walked up to a picnic table with a lot of malasadas.

"Here we are." You said with a smile. Hau began to jump up and down. "Yay! I can't wait! I'm starving!"

You chuckled. You two sat at the table and began to eat. You two joked and talked a bit, until Hau asked a question.

"Hey, um, do you think I can become a Kahuna just like my grandfather?" He asked. He seemed serious about this topic.

"Of course." You replied.

"No you don't." He sighed.

"Yes I-" you tried to say until he cut you off.

"Everyone in Iki Town says I'm a disgrace to the family name." He said.

"Your just an easygoing guy." You said. "You just need to keep training!"

He looked down at his malasada. "Stop trying to cheer me up, if I can't beat my own grandfather, then how am I a good trainer?" He asked.

You got up from your seat and walked up to him. You sit next to him, and you held his hand. "Hau, I'm not lying. You will become a good kahuna someday. It may not be today, or tomorrow, but soon you'll be a really good kahuna." You said in a serious tone.

He looked up at and smiled. There's that happy smile that I love. You said to yourself. "Thanks for having fate in me." He said with a smile. 

You smiled back at him.

"Hey, um, can you close your eyes for a second?" Hau ask.

You closed your eyes. Hau you feel Hau pulling you closer, hugging you. His body was as warm as a blanket. You felt his lips touch yours. You blushed. The only problem is that you an smell the malasadas that he ate, but you didn't care. You kissed him. He's obviously in love with you. And that's what all you wanted.
