Room organizing :
Dresser : Make sure you have a good size dresser to fit most of your clothes. First drawer for undergarments, Second one for PJs, third one for bottoms, etc. Don't be afraid to have a junk drawer, everyone has one of those somewhere!
Folding : Yes this is probably the worst part about organizing, but you will be glad you folded your clothes neatly into your dresser later. You can fold your clothes flat, or standing on their side so you can see what you're choosing.
Storage : Get plastic bins that you can find at the dollar store, or buy some cute ones at target or walmart. Put your makeup in them, pencils and pens, hair ties, etc. Put these in drawers or sitting on your desk.
Desk organization : Organize your perfumes and lotions lined up on your vanity or desk. Organize desk drawers with the plastic bins to put makeup or anything else in. Keep a little trash can next to your desk or on your desk to keep it more organized in your room.
Bookshelf : Have a book shelf to store all of your books on. It will make everything neater.
Under your bed : You might find yourself throwing things underneath your bed because you were being too lazy to clean it up. Well if you're not one of those people, this can still be helpful. Keep a big bin underneath your bed for clothes if you don't have a dresser. It doesn't have to be too neat because it's not showing. But still keep it neat.
Hamper : Keep a hamper in your room for dirty clothes so there's not clothes all over the place .. putting it on the corner of your closet is good .
