Hopekook: Hybrid

Jungkook shivers as he hugs his thin coat closer to himself. He had to keep warmth for him and his kits. He was rabbit hybrid and was abused and raped by his previous owner. Jungkook decided to runaway once he realise he couldn't raise his little ones in that horrible house.

It was dark and pretty much everything in town was closed which made it hard to find a place to stay for the night.

Hoseok was walking home when he sees a stranger who was clearly about to get hypothermia.  Hoseok takes pity and begins to approach the attractive stranger.

"Did you need a drink and warm clothes? You're literally freezing to death." Hoseok asks and the stranger has desperation in their eyes and briskly nods. Hoseok gently takes his arm and leads him to his apartment.

Once settled into the apartment, the stranger stays quiet on his couch.

Hoseok observes him. He was wearing a yellow knitted bucket hat and a black thin coat. He was wearing shorts in the dead of winter! 

"What's your name?" Hoseok asks while stirring mugs of chocolate milk. "Ju-Jungkook." He stutters.

"Ah, would you like chocolate milk, Jungkook?" He nods and accepts the hot mug.

"What's your name?" Jungkook asks in a quiet voice. "I'm Hoseok but you can call me, Hobi!" He gives Jungkook a heart smile. That makes Jungkook's chest warm. Maybe he could trust this red-headed stranger.

Jungkook sits down his mug and shrugs off his jacket to reveal his five month bump holding his kits. Hobi gasps and his eyes widen in shock.

Jungkook looks at Hobi confused but realizes why. His bump. He immediately covered it the best he could. It was no use. Hobi had already saw.

"Are you a hybrid? I promise I won't hurt you." Hobi coos.

Jungkook shyly nods and lifts off his bucket hat to also reveal long brown rabbit ears.

Hobi squeals in excitement which makes the hybrid flinch.

"Let's get you cleaned up and in warmer clothes. Then I'll ask questions ok?" Hobi says sitting down his mug and offering a hand.

Hobi helps Jungkook sit in the warm water and Jungkook breathes a sigh of relief. How could he thank this wonderful stranger?

Hobi gently washes him seeing that the rabbit hybrid was tired and worn out. He wonders why such a fragile thing was out in the cold?

After the bath, he gives him Christmas fleece pajamas that were a little big on him hoping Jungkook could fit his bump. Once they were on, Hobi couldn't help but coo. Jungkook smiles at Hobi.

Jungkook pauses and puts a hand on his bump in suprise. "What is it?!" Hobi asks. "My kits kicked very hard!" Jungkook exclaims in excitement reaching out for Hobi's hand. 

Jungkook puts Hobi's hand on top of his hand. Multiple soft kicks are felt in their palms. This makes Jungkook tear up, "My poor bun buns. I soon will have to go. I can't burden you with my troubles."

Hobi frowns, "Why not? Is it because of your owner? I'm sure they'll be understanding." He tries to reason.

Jungkook shakes his head quickly. "No! My owner will treat me and my kits wrong! He's the reason I'm pregnant in the first place, Hobi."

It clicks in his mind that he was raped and presumably abused. That thought alone made Hobi sick in his stomach.

"Well in that case," Hobi hugs Jungkook from the bag and laces his fingers under his bump, "he'll never touch you again, Kookie. I promise."
