Transfigurations class was about to begin, Harry sat in his normal seat next to Ron and Hermione. He reached into his tattered bag and pulled out his ink pot and quill and placed them on the desk, then reached in for his scroll of homework, but it wasn't there.

Please don't tell me I left my homework in my dorm. He thought.

He put his hand back in his bag to search further, but all there was left was crumpled up parchment and some broken quills. He really did not want to ask Professor McGonagall if he could go fetch it from his dorm, he'd already caused enough trouble in her class as is, but he had no choice.

He made his way to her desk in the front of the classroom. "Um, excuse me Professor?"

"Yes, Harry?" She said without breaking eye contact her with the papers she was diligently grading.

"I believe I've left my homework in my dorm. May I go get it?" He was ashamed as to how unorganized he was.

"You may, but be quick. Class starts in five minutes."

"Thank you, I will." And with that, he was off.

Harry was walking with a quick pace, trying to be as quick as he could. He was almost to the Gryffindor common room when...

"Where are off to in such a hurry?" Says a voice from behind.

Harry turns around to see Draco nonchalantly leaned against the wall.

"Going to get my transfigurations homework... and what are you doing out of class?" He makes his way over to the haughty blond.

"Herbology is so drudgingly boring, I asked to go the bathroom just to get out of there. But I'm glad I've run into you." Draco says as he removed his back from the wall to get closer to Harry.

"Well, as much as I don't want to, I've really got to get going."

"C'mon, I'm stay a little longer."

"I can't. I've got a class to attend. A class I actually want a decent grade in." Harry attempts to walk off, but Draco grabs him by the wrist.

"Please." He says as he delicately places his hand on Harry's soft cheek. "I'm sure no one would notice you being gone for only a couple minutes longer."

Harry knows he shouldn't, but Draco's charm always gets him.

"Okay maybe just a few minutes." Harry puts his arms around Draco's neck and looks seductively into his gunmetal eyes. Draco placed his lips gently onto Harry's. As he did, Harry again felt the familiar rush of warmth within him.

At first the kiss was soft, but then it took of with a swift intensity and passion. Harry clung to Draco, and Draco maneuvered him so Harry was against the wall.

Almost ten minutes had gone by, and neither of the boys noticed.

"HARRY!" A raging voice bellows.

The two immediately separate and turn to face the enraged voice.

It was Ron and Hermione. Harry's heart sunk.

"What the bloody fuck are you doing with that git?!" Ron's face flushed a fiery red that almost matched his hair. Hermione just stood there shocked.

Harry was searching for words, but couldn't find any.

"And you! What do you think you're doing with Harry, Malfoy?" Ron says in disgust, "Did you force yourself onto him?!"

"Oh shut your witless mouth, Weasel! Of course I wouldn't force myself onto him. I have no need for that." Draco retorts.

"Malfoy I'm going to bash your arrogant head in-" Ron says as he begins to charge towards Draco, Hermione pulls him back. "Ron, calm down! I'm sure Harry has an explanation for this." She says as she looks into Harry's eyes.

"What- what are you two even doing?" Harry was completely and utterly embarrassed.

"You've been gone nearly twenty minutes! Professor McGonagall sent us to get you. Now we know why you took so long, you were out here snogging some prat!" Ron attempts to give Draco a menacing glare, but it wasn't very affective.

Harry got defensive. "He's not a prat, all right!"

"Not a prat? Have you gone mad?! He's been tormenting us since first year! Do you not recall all the times he's tried to get us into trouble??"

"He's got a point, Harry..." Hermione adds.

"Maybes it's because you deserved it." Draco scoffs.

"We didn't deserve any of it, you're just a good-for-nothing git who thrives off of fucking with other people!" Ron angrily points his shaky finger.

"He's changed, okay? Trust me."

"Whatever, Harry. This is a stupid decision, but if you want to be an idiot, go ahead. I'm going back to class, just get you're damn homework and come back." Ron stomps off.

Hermione mouths "I'm sorry" and follows Ron.

Harry rushes past Draco, tears in his eyes.

"Harry, wait!"

Harry ignores him.
