Chapter 5: Food

Jieun's POV

I woke up at 7 in the morning. I was wrapped in a thick blanket and my head is on a soft cozy pillow. I don't remember sleeping with a blanket and a pillow, maybe I just forgot that I had this last night. I got up and went to The bathroom to do my morning routine. Mr and Mrs Jeon arent home yet. I went upstairs to Jungkook's room to get my clothes for me to change.

I took a deep breath before opening the door. I twisted the knob and slowly opened it trying not to be loud. I fully opened it and Jungkook was no longer on his bed.

" maybe he left for work" I mumbled

I went inside and slowly closed the door, I opened my suit case and took my clothes, I was about to go, but I felt tight grip on my wrist I know its Jungkook, he pinned me on the wall and stared deeply Into my eyes. I froze, I was to shock that I can't move. I accidentally dropped my clothes. He has his towel wrapped on his waist, definitely topless with his well toned, built abs.

" what are you doing?" I stammered i look away trying to avoid an eye contact.

" aren't I was suppose to be asking you that?! " he said almost shouting

" you know it's dangerous to enter in a guy's room" he continued

" i-im s-sorry" I stammered he pulled away

" don't you go in my room" he said

" I u-understand" I said I picked up my clothes and left his room. I got so nervous I just can't right now. I calmed myself and went to the bathroom to change. I went out and went downstairs. I started to cook breakfast for the both of us because I'm sure he needs to eat something Before going to work, suddenly I remembered something ughh we're moving today. I finally finished cooking and soon, I prepared the food on the table and waited for him to go down here. I haven't touch the food so that we can eat together. I heard footsteps on the stairs I assume Jungkook is coming.

" Jungkook, breakfast is ready" I said and smiled awkwardly

" eat it I don't want it" he said coldly giving me a sign of annoyance.

" but you need to eat to have energy" I said he went closer to me

" I don't need to eat your food" he said

" o-ok" I said

Jungkook's POV

Ughhh I really want to eat! It looks sooo apetizing and I love kimchi! But I don't want to because I don't know.

She looked down and didn't touch the food she just packed it in a lunch box
I got kinda confuse on why. She gave me the lunch box

" you have to eat" she said and went upstairs.

I rolled my eyes and took the lunch box I opened it and threw it in the trash can and I left

Jieun's POV

Jungkook left, as soon as he left I went back downstairs. I dialed his phone

"What?"

" I thought we're moving today"

" move by yourself"

I rolled my eyes

" if I move by myself with your things I will choose the room to stay in" I said

"Pfft, get out. Just move, if you choose the biggest room I'll do something that you'll regret" he said firmly

" oh my I'm so scared" I said sarcastically

" you'll really regret it" he said

" ok fine, but you'll move your own things" I said

" you'll have a punishment" he said

" ok fine" I said in a tone of annoyance. I heard him chuckle

I ended the call. I fixed my suitcase again and called the people who will help us to bring house things there. Then I suddenly noticed the lunch box was there, but nothing was inside I was smiling because he ate it, but then my smile slowly faded away I saw all the food that was from the lunch box in the trash can. He's too much, I suddenly teared didn't he know how much effort people gives to it? And its a blessing that shouldn't be wasted. I quickly wiped away my tears and calmed myself

Soon the people who we're assigned to help us came and took our things there are already furnitures in our new house, it's not a home because there's no love, I love him, but he doesn't love me so its a house.

we went to the new house and they placed our things to the places we want them to be placed. And of course Jungkook has the biggest room and I slept at the other room In front of his room and they all left. I started cleaning in 12pm and ended cleaning at 3pm. I flopped on the couch and rested my back on it,I turned the TV on and watched it. Eventually I fell asleep

I woke up and its 7pm I looked around and there's no signs of Jungkook. I got up and went to the kitchen I decided to cook dinner since that's what wives are for right? Im not really good at cooking so I usually fail at making it, but always ended to taste good. While cutting the onions I accidentally cut my index finger it created a small wound, but it actually hurts I just continued cooking the food for dinner. I set the table and waited for him I didn't touch because I want to eat with him, I thought it would be more fun. I won't give up on him.

1 hour passed...

2 hours passed...

3 hours passed...

Its 1am the food is still untouched I won't bother to eat without him I want to be a good wife. Why isn't he home yet? Did he forget that we moved? I slowly fell asleep.

Jungkook's POV

I went in our new house I removed my shoes and went to the Living room and dropped my suit case on the couch. I looked around, Jieun is not in the living room. I went in the kitchen and I saw her sleeping, her head was on the table. The table was set for the both of us, I guess she hasn't eaten anything because she has a plate in front of her that is empty. And another plate for me. Doesn't she get that she doesnt get the fact that she doesn't need to do these things and wait for me? I shook her body

" Jieun wake up" I shout whisper at her

She didn't open her eyes nor did she respond. She was sleeping peacefully and I guess she didn't want to be disturbed. I stared at her for a second.

I shook my head. Jungkook what are you doing? You have a girlfriend and she's just a random girl who you we're arranged with. I slowly carried her bridal style, every step will be a careful step for her not to wake up. I carried her all the way to her bedroom and placed her down on her bed and wrapped her with her blanket. I walked away and slowly closed the door for her not to wake up. I went back downstairs and watched TV
