THE TWEET

I woke up the next morning and went to the bathroom looked in the mirror to look at my tear-stained face. I showered and put my makeup on, I put my hair in a long ponytail, I dressed in a red and black dress and nylon cat leggings, with my black Doc Marten heel boots, a black choker with a unicorn charm. I really didn't want to but I forced myself out of the house saying goodbye to my mom and walking to school.

I know I can avoid Becks forever so I decided I might as well face her. today I got to school and I saw becks at her locker. Right before I was about to go up to her Jax came up to me showing me his phone
“look.” he said worriedly he was on Twitter his phone read
‘someone at our school is gay who ever it is leave we don't want you here!!!’ with 400 retweets and 637 likes I got so scared I pushed Jax out of the way and fast walked to Becks.

“hey can we talk. “
“no.”
“look have you seen that tweet about the gay kid?”
“yes I have.”
“what do you think about it?” I asked scared
“they need to get out of this school its people like them that are ruining everything.”
“same.” was all I said as my heart slowly broke, she smiled it's was so beautiful so perfect in all the sadness it made me smile we both laughed as I stared into her eyes and we walked to class together. I got a text from Jax that read
‘are you ok 😯?’
‘ya I'm good see you in chemistry.’ I responded so Becks and i walked to history, in this class we sat in rows Becks and I sat next to each other.

Every morning we have to read ten pages of our book and do a packet around fifty questions about what we read. The intercom turns on and said
“good morning ladies and gentleman sports sign ups are in the office for all the sports for this year, you have to sign up this week to be eligible to play. Another thing I'm sure that we have all seen the tweet about the lgbt student and or students.” At this point I duck me head but the girl on the intercom continues.
“I'm not trying to call anyone out but.” Oh no here it comes.
“Whomever it is don't be afraid to be who you are, it is ok to find love. love who you want because in the end of the day all that matters is that your happy.” and the intercom cuts off everyone was in rage.
“That stupid!”
“No! Who ever it is should go die!” I didn't notice but I was smiling, all of a sudden
“Paige is the gay one.” said the dude who cornered me that first day.
“no she's not!” Becks squared up to the guy and looked him in the eye, he backed up and said
“ok.”  In all the chaos we didn't see the time and the bell rang. Mr short said
“what you didn't finish his homework.” The rest of the day was pretty much normal becks, Jax and i just talked and left all day long, until PE. It's the only class I have without jax or Becks. I was in the girls locker room alone until the guy from history class, and that first day, and three of his friends cornered me. He said
“we know your the” I cut him off.
“for the last time no I'm not!”
“oh really  prove it.”
“how?”
“kiss Jax.”
“ok I will.”
“good.”  they left I texted jax and told him what happened.

After school we went up to the guys and I face jax. Wraps my hands around his neck, look deep into his eyes, I slowly leaned in as soon as our lips touched it didn't feel right at all. I stopped and turn to the guys but out of the corner of my eye I saw Becks. She look like she was about to cry, jax talked to the guys and they left me alone.
