Stubborn Love: Attacked and 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮

(Sorry for not updating. Went on a small vacation so please forgive me. To make it up for it this chapter will longer)
Kanda POV
   I groaned at the rays of the sun that hit my face spoiling my sleep. I lifted myself propping myself on my elbows, my arm bumped Saka causing her mumble something. Her hair framed her face perfectly. I don't know what I was thinking but I reached over moving stray strands and tucked them behind her ear. A hand shot out, grabbing mine, damn she had a strong grip. My cheeks burned as she brought my hand to her chest and then she began to...to cuddle with it. Her touch was warm and pleasant but strong too. I watched her for a while enjoying her touch and the sound of her breathing when...."Nobu"
   My eyes which I don't remember closing shot open,  glancing over to see fat tears roll down her cheeks as she whispered the name over and over like some sort of record. Unconsciously tightening her grip on my wrist, I huffed jerking it away.
   That name I heard her say it before but whose name is it. I shook my head shoving her off my arm.
   "Oi chibi wake up"
   "..."
   I shifted around a little until my foot was inches from her back and with swift movement sending her off the bed onto the cold wooden floor. I heard a groan of pain and shuffling. I arched an eyebrow, peering over the side of the bed to find a pile of blankets but no Saka.
   "What the-" my sentence was cut off as I face planted on the floor. My nose was killing me I began rubbing it trying to soothe the pain. I could her laugh, the urge to strangle her was strong but I kept my back to her.
   "Morning Yu"
   "You little piece of shi- agh" I groaned as she jumped onto my back using it as a springboard smashing my nose again, a rusty smell filled my nostrils, small crimson drops dotted the floor. I wiped my nose with the back of my sleeve leaving red stains, sneering in disgust.

Saka POV
   He sat on his knees staring at the bloody sleeve quietly. A pang of regret loomed over me. 'I didn't mean to hurt him' I mentally scolded myself, ducking into the bathroom and returning with a damp towel. I walked over and kneeled, he still didn't look up so I brought my hand to his chin lifting to where he was looking into my eyes, I could feel him tense up by my sudden actions. A pink hue had begun to form on his porcelain colored cheeks giving them a rosy tint. I simply smiled bringing the towel to his nose and I began washing the blood on his face keeping a my gentle touch, he visible calmed down a little. After a while something caught my eye, his bottom lip was cut possibly when he was trying to talk but I had used him as a launch pad causing him to bite his lip. I proceeded to clean it only for his large hand to grab my, dropping the towel. He leaned over until his lips were inches from my own before shifting to the right landing next to my ear and whispered in a low husky voice sending shivers down my back," Don't worry It'll heal soon."
   He backed away before calling me a bunch of names and telling me to hurry and change or else he would kick me down the stairs. I stuck my tongue out earning a glare.

Narrator POV
   As Saka and Kanda exited their room greeted by Toma how bombard them with questions which neither could answer well Kanda didn't answer because he didn't feel like it. They walked around for a while in silence until Toma voice ripped through it.
   "Miss Saka have you perhaps seen my taco. I've been looking all over for it."
   "Um,no"
   "What about you,Kanda"
   "Toma, for the millionth time no I haven't seen your taco. You probably already ate it"
   "I did not do such thing. I'll just look for it then. Taco! Oh, taco! Taco!", they both watched as he took off in one direction looking for his beloved taco. Leaving them to continue their search for the  innocence, questioning villagers here and there but no one could answer them. Kanda kept cursing as they were heading back to the inn when a blood curdling scream pierced their eardrums. He turned to see a little boy come running out of the woods being chased by a herd of akuma. He looked back at them and crashed into Saka, she stumbled but managed to stay up. The little kid squeezed her legs wailing for help, she bent down whispering in his ear. Nodding the boy gave her one more squeeze and took off into the nearest shop.
   The akuma a level two smiled revealing sharp jagged teeth,"Exorcists wonder how fast it will take to evolve if I kill em"
   "Hey I want to kill em too"
   "Me too!"
   The herd began protesting about who gets to kill who. Kanda and Saka stared up before Kanda rolled his eyes and activated Mugen attacking the nearest akuma who yelped in surprise as the blade cut through its head with ease, bursting it into flames. He jumped towards another but it reacted much faster than the first one, its hand crashed into Kanda's side, smashing him against an old barn.
   "Kanda!", he looked to his side to find Saka running towards him completely defenseless 'Where's her weapon. They kill her' he thought before yelling," Where is your fucking innocence "
   She stopped, tapping her chin thoughtfully, " Whoops ha. I complete forgot about it"
   He watched her pull her sleeves past her elbows, metal arm guards(don't know if you call em that but eh idk) with a cross engraved in it were strapped on her arms. She closed her eyes and said," Innocence Activate: Nobu Claw's of Fury!" The metal began to melt spreading onto her hands creating gloves without fingertips. Wolverine sort of claws grew between her fingers glowing a faint mix of red purple and blue. One of the level 2  dashed towards her bringing its sword down on her, she quickly dashed to the left, swinging the claw through the head, it burst into flames.
   "Hah, that wasn't so bad."
   "Behind you," Kanda said blocking a clawed hand before slicing it straight down the middle. She mouthed a whoops much to his annoyance. The akuma began surrounding them. When out of nowhere Toma ran out of the woods, tacos cradled in his arms. A heroic smile plastered his pale face as he threw food at the demons. Causing them to returned to the woods.
   "Toma? That was amazing! How did you that would work"
   "Other than just being plain stupid but was smart in some way." Kanda added, deactivating Mugen.
   "Ah, well tacos always win. Now let us head back. I'm starving"
   Much to their he headed to a taco stand where he spent the next hour or so munching on tacos 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮. Saka giggled and ran over to join him, he turned handing her a taco which she took a huge bite from.
   "Wow. This is amazing, oi Kanda come an try one."
   "No thanks that stuff is disgusting"
   She frowned and then her inner Lavi was activated, she smirked, "Hey Yu! Is it because you're afraid they be to hot for you. I mean we put a lot of hot sauce on here. I pretty sure you can't handle the heat."
   "Is that a challenge baka"
   "Sure"
   "Fine give me that taco," he walked over, where she had already made a taco with four entire bottles of hot sauce poured on it. He grabbed it, and took a hesitant look before shoving into his mouth, chewing thoughtfully. It wasn't to hot at first but soon it began to build up. He swallowed quickly panting a little. 'Damn that's hot,' he thought.
   "Well how was it Yu?"
   "Not bad at all"
   "What about an other one, hm?"
   "No thanks. I going back to the inn."
   "Guess we should head back too. So no guys mistaken you for a girl. Come on Toma"
   "Ah well goodbye my dear tacos I shall return soon."
  Off they went to the inn with tears in their eyes(okay only Toma eyes but still you could feel the sadness except for kanda who seemed to struggle with heat and pain in his stomach)

Back at the hotel/ Saka POV
   The groans coming from the bathroom weren't reassuring at all. He had been in there for an hour. Guess the hot sauce did no good. I tapped my chin thinking up a way to help him,' Ah, the tea that bookman taught to make when Allen had those stomach pains. I could make that to help' I smiled at myself,' Oh, Saka you're a genius. Thanks Saka. Ah, don't mention it.
Time Skip
   I returned to find Kanda changing thankfully he had pants on. He turned to see me holding dish with a kettle and a cup, I walked over setting it down on the bedside table. He shrugged, sitting on the bed, groaning as his stomach shot an bullet of pain.
   "Kanda?"
   "Hm"
   "Here I made some tea to make you feel better," pouring it into the cup, I sat down next to him, I offered it to him. He simply clicked his tongue and took taking a small sip, he gagged, "It tastes horrible"
   "I known. I saw bookman give it to Allen who began to choke at the taste but bookman says its better when it bitter."
   He frowned at the sprouts name," You like the sprout?"
   "Who?"
   "Allen"
   "Oh, well as a friend that's all"
   "Really," He took an other sip gagging again," it would be better if it was a little sweet."
   "I could get some sugar"
   "Nah, I had something else in mind"
   "Oh, like wha-mph" My eyes became as big as saucers as he crashed his lips against mine. It was surprisingly gently but passionate, I shut my eyes kissing him back after a moment of shock. His hand came up to caress my cheek before slowly sliding down to the small of my back making small circular movements while his tongue slipped past his lips to toy with my own. I gasped parting my lips slightly, he pounced at the opportunity gliding his tongue into my mouth. My eyelids snapped open as I noticed that he had never closed his, I quickly shoved him away. He smirked licking his lips. Man I wanted to slap him into to tomorrow.
   "Oi, chibi. You didn't like it."
   "I um... shut up"I turned my back towards him. Hearing him drink the last of the tea and climb into bed. I stood up stomping to my side and slipped under the covers. 'That stupid Kanda,'I thought. I lay still for a while and let out a little sigh. I was angry at him but for some reason a part of me enjoyed the kiss. Oh how hate him.

Hey, ha sorry for the ending I was in the mood. And when it feels right its right maybe eh whatever. Well until next chapter.
