Two years had passed since Yoongi and Jimin had seen each other for the first and last time.It was Jimin's last day in high school and he excitedly was waiting to graduate so that he could move on in his life to the next chapter; Yoongi had graduated the year he moved schools.
Jimin stood in his graduation clothes getting photos with all his friends and family after the ceremony smiling happily taking in the last of his youth before he'd be thrown in the big bad world.
He choose to cherish those last moments knowing they wouldn't come so easily again.
He wasn't ready to grow up but he knew he couldn't be blind to the world so accepted it for what it is with his expectations low so anything would seem a success.
He wasn't sure how to adult but he was sure he liked being told he'd done well so choose the route to get him the most of that.
Kinda of sad, but true.
He wasn't a secure person and doubted himself lots, even thinking he had failed his finals even though he had been given his results.
Either way he wasn't going to let his doubts get in the way of his day.
He was graduating and he was going to enjoy his last day of not adulting because that shits stressful.
The ceremony went well and he went home with all his friends and family celebrating and drinking except the maknae's Jungkook and Taehyung who were sipping apple juice happily in the corner.
The day came round quicker than Jimin would have liked but he accepted that the previous day couldn't last forever no matter how much he wanted it.
He sat in his bed staring at the calendar on his phone analysing the date with sad eyes.
"Interview at 11am with Mr Min from a sub unit of Min enterprise." Jimin read aloud before loudly sighing and throwing himself back on the bed.
He knew he'd have to get a job but he never realised how soon and the only application for a interview that came back was from Min enterprise, the job not being stated.
"Aghhhhhhh..." Jimin said before getting up and going in the shower.
When he emerged he noticed his mother had laid a suit out on his bed which he quickly got into before realising he couldn't do a tie.
He went downstairs to realise he was alone and that everyone was busy that day as well.
"Who needs a tie?" Jimin mumbled to himself before face palming, saying "And why am I talking to myself?"
He let out another groan before making his best attempt with the tie deciding it was better to make a effort and look like you tried rather than look lazy.
"Okay Jimin you can do this." He said hyping himself up before leaving his house.
He hopped off on the bus to get to the interview heading to the day that could change his life, for better or for worse.
