Sitting on the edge of his bed, Draco ran his long fingers through his blonde hair in frustration . Why is it so hard to control his temper? He is aware that before he turns into a Veela his temper has always been a problem. But after being turned into a Veela, it's getting worse, a thousand times worse, especially if it's about Luna. His blood seemed boiling if he knows someone is bothering her. He feared that one day he lost control and ended up killing someone. He's getting stronger now; he can kill anyone with his bare hands easily. He even almost broke Pansy's wrist. Thank Merlin; he came to his senses before he did something that would make him regret.

He sighed heavily before lying down; he put his hands behind his head, looking at the ceiling. He wondered how his father had to deal with his temper. His father was very good at controlling his emotions. He never lost control, not even when he is at home. He's supposed to be like his father, has control in his hands. Maybe he should seek the advice of his father. His father is a full Veela for years.

Then, he got up and took a piece of parchment, quill, and ink from the drawer.

Dear, father

I know I should have asked about this earlier. But I wonder how you control your emotions all this time? And I became more sensitive. Is that reasonable? I mean, I have never been this sensitive before, this is very strange. I hope you can help me. Not much information about the Veela is written in the book.

D.M

He immediately folded the parchment and put it in an envelope. Before he went to get dinner, he would go to owlery to send the letter. And he also got to see Luna, made sure that she was okay. His chest felt tight knowing that she left the stands without telling him first.

...

Draco sat at the Slytherin table, scowled at Crabbe and Goyle were muttering about pranking the younger students. When will they grow up? It wasn't like they were in the second or third year. He rolled his eyes at Crabbe who muttered something to Nott with a mouth full of food.

"How's Luna?" Blaise Zabini suddenly elbowed him, bring him back to reality.

He turned his gaze on Blaise; he raised an eyebrow at him. "She's fine," he murmured dryly. Then he turned his gaze again. His eyes landed on the Ravenclaw table. A small smile carved on his handsome face while watching Luna laughing with her friends. It was relief to know that she's okay.

Blaise watched Draco and he couldn't help but snigger at his friend. He never saw Draco Malfoy in this state, falling in love. "She looks happy. You have already claimed and marked her, then?" he asked.

Draco sighed heavily. "Not yet," he answered sounded pathetic.

Blaise tried hard not to laugh. He has to know already, he just wanted to hear directly from Draco. "Shame," he mocked.

Draco snorted in disgust and glared at the man who was supposed to be his friend and support him. "Well, it's because she is different than the other girls. She wouldn't open her legs for men easily," he barked.

Blaise finally gave up and laughed. Gaining the attention of some students, but he ignored them. "I know, I know," he help up his hands signaling that he surrendered. "Luna Lovegood is something else."

"It's a good thing. She wouldn't betray me, then," he murmured dryly. His eyes were still focused on Luna.

"She would, it just takes time," Blaise said jokingly. Since he knew that Draco is a Veela, he likes to play around with his temper.

Draco jerked his head and glared at him dangerously, "What do you mean?" he demanded irritably. Luna will never betray him, he knows it. It wasn't her nature.
