part 13-Happy Ending

Luna walked between the bookshelves in the library to find an empty table. Today the library is full by the seventh year students who are studying to prepare their N.E.W.T.s. She spotted Hermione who is concentrating on studying at the end of the room with Ron, he seemed to sulk and reluctantly read his book, he often yawned and rubbed his stomach lazily. Luna just watch from afar in amusement. Hermione and Ron are very funny. She continued to walk to find an empty table, she found one right next to Ginny, she immediately jogged and throws her bag on the table a bit hasty.

Ginny jumped slightly in surprise, "Merlin! Luna you startled me," she said loud enough and made Madam Pince should shushing her.

"I'm sorry," Luna said as she took a seat and sighed with relief. "I've been back and forth looking for an empty table, I was just happy to get one,"

"I'm looking for you for hours so that we can do our homework together, but I couldn't find you. Where have you been?" she whispered as she dipped her quill in the ink.

"Somewhere," Luna answered briefly. She didn't tell her that she went with Draco. No matter what, Ginny still hate Draco, she could see it.

Ginny rolled her eyes, "Bet you'd go with Malfoy," she said dismissively.

Luna smiled broadly, "Bingo!" she muttered right at her ear.

"I don't understand what you see in Malfoy, he's extremely arrogant," she spat.

"Oh, Ginny I understand why you don't like him, but Draco is very nice and sweet," Luna said shyly remembering Draco's proposal last night. "He proposed to me last night,"

Ginny jerked her head and looked at her in surprise, "You're lying. Let me see your finger," Ginny grabbed her left hand and watched her finger. She narrowed her eyes when she couldn't find the ring. "No ring. You're kidding, aren't you?"

Luna shook her head quickly, "No," she said innocently. "He proposed abruptly without preparation, it was just spontaneous, I guess. But he promised to give me a ring before Christmas," she told her with a grin.

Ginny sighed heavily, "Are you sure with Malfoy? I mean this is Malfoy and he was Slytherin-" she stops loss for words, she shrugged and went on."You know what I mean, right?"

Luna smiled. Of course no one believes in Malfoy and Slytherin. But Draco has proved that Malfoy isn't as bad as people say, and Slytherin is trustworthy, Draco always honest with her, especially about his feelings."I know what you mean, but Ginny, Draco is very nice, believe me, he makes me happy and makes me feel mattered," she said quietly. "I fell in love with him," she said shyly, looking at her hands in her lap.

"If you believe him, I will believe in him as well, I don't dare to question your judgment," she said. "I'm happy for you," she said sincerely.

Luna smiled widely, "Thank you, Ginny,"

Ginny smiled back, "You're welcome," she replied. "Anyway, why don't you meet Harry in the Hospital Wing yesterday? But give a bouquet of flowers to Madam Pomfrey instead yourself?" she changed the subject.

"Oh, I don't want to bother you. It seems that you enjoy each other company," she said, remembering the intimate moment between Ginny and Harry.

Ginny bit flushed, "Well, I enjoyed his company," she said shyly, looking at her parchment. "But it seems Harry doesn't like me," she added bitterly.

"You assume," Luna said briefly.

Ginny shook her head, "No, I can feel it, it seems he likes another girl," there was sadness in her tone.

Luna looked down feel bad for Ginny. She knew that Ginny like Harry for a long time, but she ignores that fact. Instead she made a movement to Harry and didn't think about Ginny's feelings. This time she'll make it up to her. "Then, make him like you," Luna said.
