It's not difficult to love you

Chapter 24

Tetsuya's P.O.V

"Cheeky guy. What's really going on? Why did you do this?" Ayano asked me while I wrapped my arms around her thin waist. I just kept staring into her beautiful light hazel eyes and smiled at her.

"Well, to summarise everything, I love you and I don't like it when you're uneasy about something. You became so sad and there was so much pain in your eyes that I couldn't see that beautiful and innocent smile. You stopped smiling for quite a long time and I don't really like it because not smiling doesn't suit you. Your even more beautiful when you smile, so Ayano, may I request something from you?" I asked her while frantically searching for the answer in her eyes.

"Yeah?" She asked while giving me a small guilty small.

"Smile for me. I want you to forget everything and be yourself. Don't worry about anything else and I want to enjoy every second with you. You're my everything, Ayano. I hate it when you're sad. You looked like you saw the devil when you got that text from your Dad. I know that you ran away from your past to find a better future for yourself, but there are somethings that you can't run away from. Everyone that you've met are people who really care about you. You are a brilliant and beautiful girl. I'm really the luckiest guy in the world and I am honoured to be your boyfriend. The one that is allowed to stay by your side. I want to spend every living second with you and to be able to always see your beautiful smile, your awesome personality and everything else that makes you who you are." I told her and finally gave her a passionate kiss again.

"I love you too. You are my everyhing as well and I want to treasure all my good memories with you. This is the very first time where someone has made me feel so loved and cared for. I grew up with an unstable family. A Dad who kept abusing me. A Mum who drank everyday. I was forced to do things that made me feel like killing myself but when my parents left me, I felt freedom for the very first time. You're the only reason that allows me to enjoy the little things in life like enjoying myself with you and going out to have fun instead of feeling scared or frightened. Thank you for always being patient with me, Tetsuya. I love you so much," She told me while shining her adorable eyes to me. That did it. I pulled her closer to her and really gave her a kiss she will never forget.

Once I was done, many people were clapping and congratulating us. She smiled at them and we went back to the table. She ran to Izanami and hugged her while I watch her be happy and herself. But, I suddenly felt uneasy as I sensed that something wasn't right. I dismissed the idea of anyone going pass the tight security here.

"Tetsuya, you okay?" Otoya asked me and Ayano and Izanami slowly broke apart to face me.

"I'm fine. So, are you guys enjoying yourselves?" I asked them while Otoya and I helped our girls with their seats.

"We are actually. Thank you for inviting us and Ayano I hope you get to relax for once with Tetsuya. You're a very lucky girl to have him." Otoya said and he gave a warm smile.

"Thank you for always being there for me guys. I really appreciate you guys so much and in a few months time, we'll expect a new member to join our family. You guys are going to be great parents. I just know it because you guys love each other so much and you guys did everything you could to keep your relationship healthy and lively. To love and respect," Ayano said while holding her glass up high and we clincked them.

"Cheers to love and respect," I said while facing Ayano.

"Cheers," everyone said together and the music started to play and made the atmosphere more lively and festive.

"Would like to dance Milady?" Otoya asked Izanami while giving her a warm and and extened his hand out to her.

"I would be honoured kind sir. Will you excuse us?" Izanami asked while getting up from her seat and Otoya mischiveously snaked his arm around her waist and now enlarged belly.

Even though she's pregnant, she's still full of energy. They walked to the dance floor and disappeared into the crowd. I turned to face Ayano but she wasn't herself. I took her hand and placed it on my cheek. All she could manage was a smile and sadness at the same time.

"Hey, you okay?" I asked her while gripping my hand in hers, being careful of not crushing her delicate and soft hand.

"Yeah, just a little dizzy. I'm not use to lots a festivities so I'm just nervous I guess. Sorry." She apologized while starring into my eyes.

"Hey, it's okay. Want more champange?" I asked her while slowly sliding her glass from the velvet coloured table.

She nodded in response. I got up and bumped into a guy. He was very masculine and quiet. I apologized and he nodded as he walked away from me.

When I returned, Ayano was crying. I quickly rushed to her side and she forcefully pulled me, crying uncontrollably.

"Baby, what's wrong? What happened? Come on, let's go outside. You need some fresh air okay?" I asked her while carefully picking her up from her seat. Izanami and Otoya came up to us with a concern look on both their faces.

"What happened?" Izanami came up and stared at Ayano for a few moments.

"Um, I'll call you later okay? I just need to relax for a little while," She told Izanami while giving her a assuring smile.

"Yeah, of course. Tetsuya, please take good care of her okay?" Izanami asked while not taking her eyes from Ayano.

"Of course. Please excuse us for a moment. Please, go back to the party. We don't want to disturb your evening," I told her while escorting Ayano to the elevator. I pressed the ground floor while Ayano was still crying.

"Baby, take deep deep breathes okay?" I asked hef softly as to carefully not to scare her. She nodded in response and we arrived shortly to the carpark. A few bodyguards were on standby next to our limmo and one of them helped me open the door for Ayano.

I told the driver and off we went. Ayano cried on my shoulder until she feel asleep.
