It's not difficult to love you

Chapter 25

Tetsuya's P.O.V

I carefully carried Ayano to our bedroom and placed her gently on the bed. I covered her and sat beside her with worry. I have never actually seen Ayano act like this before.

When I woke up, Ayano was still sleeping so I carefully walked to the kitchen to fix her breakfast. When I was done, I walked back into the bedroom and placed the food tray on the dresser. I walked over to Ayano and carefully woke her up.

"Hey." She told me before moving closer to me.

"Hey beautiful. Did you have a good sleep?" I asked her while moving closer to her to give her a morning hug.

"No. I had a bad dream. I dreamt that this whole thing was a story and I was back in my past where my Mum and Dad abused me and I never met you." She said while almost shedding a few tears.

"Hey. It's okay. This is not a story and even if it was, I'll make sure that I'll meet you one way or the other. I'm just lucky that you're safe in my arms. I made you breakfast. You hungry?" I asked her while getting up from the bed and picked up the tray from the dressing table.

"Starving." She told me with a great big smile. I settled the tray in front of her and sat back by her side.

"Thank you." She told me before giving me a kiss on the cheek.

"You're welcome. Enjoy sweetheart," I told her before kissing her forehead. After I kissed her, she faced the tray and started to dig in.

"Mmmmm. Tetsuya, this is delicious. Want to try some?" She asked me before cutting a piece of egg and placed it in front of my mouth. I opened my mouth and let jer place the egg in my mouth. I smlied after chewwing  afew times.

Wow, this is the first time my food was good. I thought to myself. I smiled at her as she indulge herself in her breakfast.

"That was amazing. Thank you." She told me before settling everything on her tray.

"You're welcome. Now, go back to sleep. If you want, you can take a shower first. Oh, by the way, I took the day off. So, we can snuggle in bed and watch movies. Sound good?" I told her before picking up her tray and giving her a kiss on the forehead.

"Sounds fantastic. I'll probably take a long shower. Mind waiting for me?" She asked me before getting out of bed and walking to the closet.

"I don't mind. Take as long as you need. I want you to be comfortable. When you're done, come downstairs for movie night okay?" I told her before leaving the room.

"Okay." She told me and took her towel out and walked into the bathroom.

45 minutes passed. I heard footsteps coming down the stairs. She wore her normal clothes and sat next to me on the couch.

"Feel better?" I asked her while tucking her hair behind her ear.

"Much better. Hey, can I ask you something?" She asked me while she placed her head on my chest.

"What is it baby?" I asked her while stroking her back slowly.

"What will you do if I was kidnapped?" She asked me while gripping her hand on my chest.

"I'll search for you until my last breathe. Ayano, you're a very special person to me. I can't afford to lose you. I'd  die without you. My life has been dull and boring. But ever since you came into my life, I enjoyed myself. You're like this little fairy who sprinkles happiness to people who real need it in their lives. I mean, yeah you had a terrible childhood, but look at what you've become. You're smart, independent, funny, soft hearted and extremely kind. I've been searching for you all my life. I wanted happiness. But mostly, I wanted love." I told her before wiping a tear from her eye.

"I'm sorry. It's just, I've always dreamed of my boyfriend saying that. I'm over the moon right now. You're just so sweet and you're always there for me so thank you. Thank you for everything and most importantly, thank you for loving me." She told me before I leaned in and kissed her. Hard.

She's just so adorable. But I don't like it when she thinks that I won't be there for her. I looked at her once more and kissed her cheek.

"One day, we'll get married. And we'll look for a place and maybe, if you want, we can have kids. I'm not planning to live my life without you Ayano. I need you. I love you so much I'm not letting you go because you're rare." I told her while tighting my grip a little on her arm.

"Thank you. I love you too. And about the kids thing, I would love too. I've always dreamt of becoming a mom. I would imagine sitting at the terrace with my baby, looking at the sky. And he or she would snuggle up on my chest." She told me before snuggling up on my chest.

"You would be an awesome mom. I think you'll spoil him or her. But, other than that you'll be awesome." I told her before giving her a kiss on her forehead, cheek and lips.

"Okay. So what do you want watch? Romantic, comedy, horror?" I asked her before moving towards the shelf full of movies.

"Romance I guess. I'll get the popcorn, you get the movie kay?" She asked me before going into the kitchen.

"Okay. Hey, is ' The Vow ' okay with you?" I asked her minutes after she went into the kitchen.

"Yeah. Do you want sweet or salty?" She asked me from the kitchen before showing me two different flavours of popcorn.

"Um, sweet." I told her before putting the disc in the DVD player.

Ayano came out shortly after I placed the disc into the player and sat down on the sofa before settling the popcorn and drinks on tbe coffee table.

"Ready?" I asked her before sitting next to her and she snuggled up to me.

I pressed the play button and the movie started. In the middle of the movie Ayano would sit closer and closer to me. After the movie ended, Ayano was sleeping soundly next to me. Somehow seeing her sleep always made my heart burst.
