Mutatious Inducement (Part 1)

June 29th 3238; Republic of Acorn city of New Mobotropolis; Westside Island, Northamer

The capital of the Republic of Acorn: New Mobotropolis, was seeing quite a windy, but slightly cloudy day, as everyday citizens were going about with their business and routines. Even with the ever present threat of Dr. Eggman and his Eggman Empire, faith in the Royal Army and the Freedom Fighters prevented any sort of fear or panic in the streets. However, today was also a very important day.

The Republic's governing body: the Council of Acorn, were to hold a meeting today regarding a proposal with the Zarvok Federations, which meant that not only were the entirety of the Acorn Council were to be present... but also the Zarvokian faction leader as well! As such, citizens of New Mobotropolis were gazing at the sight of the arrival of the ZFAS Velocity, emerging from it's rupture. After contacting the city's air traffic control, the Velocity made its way above King Frederick Airport before a Holomane Transport flew out of the hangar it resided in, descending downwards to the ground (as it was a VTOL) as flight crew personnel directed the craft to it's landing destination.

Waiting for the aircraft to land were two familiar looking figures, one of them a male blue furred hedgehog with thick grey eyebrows and mustache, the other a female brown/tan furred fox with long red hair, both wearing an Acorn councilor uniform, implying they were members of the Council of Acorn. Soon the Holomane Transport landed, its side doors opening up as a second later, the faction leader of the Zarvok Federations: Adex Zarvok Burns, had stepped out of the transport, looking towards the two councilors that were awaiting his arrival.

"Ah, Sir Charles and Rosemary, it's been a while hasn't it?" Adex said to them "A couple of months is hardly a while Adex" The fox, being referred to as Rosemary, said with a light chuckle "But still, it is good to see you again. How are the children?" The hedgehog, referred to as Sir Charles, asked him with a light smile that was concealed mostly due to his thick mustache "The children are doing well, Jayden is... well, still herself, so nothing off with her. Joshua is doing good as well, things with Marilyn seems to be going smoothly for him... how about you, Rosemary?" Adex replied, before asking Rosemary the same question.

"Tails is doing just fine, still helping the Freedom Fighters and the Republic however he can" Rosemary replied with a proud smile "That is good to hear, I'm glad everything is going well, despite the toll brought onto them by the Black Arm's invasion" Adex said "Yes, it's amazing on how the young ones can endure so much" Sir Charles said in agreement "Anyways, we should probably be on our way now, the rest of the council is waiting at Castle Acorn" Rosemary said, which surprised Adex as he looked at her with a surprised expression "Castle Acorn has been restored?" He said "Yep, it was restored a couple of days before the Black Arms were defeated actually, with the approval of the council of course" Sir Charles said in response.

"Huh, very good to hear then... anyways, let's not keep the council waiting" Adex said, as Sir Charles and Rosemary nodded, before the two began to walk towards their destination "Follow us Adex, we'll lead you there" Rosemary said, as Adex did so, following them on their walk to Castle Acorn. Several minutes pass, and the three of them made it to the entrance of Castle Acorn, which actually resembled the appearance it had before being destroyed by the Tails Doll several months prior.

"Hmm, interesting on how it looks like it once was before it was reportedly destroyed... both the interior and exterior as well!" Adex commented as they walked inside the castle halls "Nicole wanted to restore the castle to how it once was before, so she worked very hard to get every detail correctly" Rosemary said "...Miss Nicole did a fine job doing it as well, I'm impressed" Adex said as he looked around "The council chamber is just ahead, the rest of the councilors should be there" Sir Charles said, gesturing to a door at the end of the hallway.
