The Zombie apocalypse (Part 1)

No shame in my game

Something had snapped inside me,something big,i took the gun out from my waist and walked up to dads bed room i held it in my hand walking up the stairs to his room,opening the door i watched him staring out the window such sadness in his eyes,such sadness.i aimed the gun at his head him not even looking at me my finger on the trigger "sorry dad i cant watch you be eaten,one for one like you taught me" he turned around to face me,and thats when my finger hit the trigger and the bullet hit him square in the head,i put my gun away in my waist.grabbing him between the shoulders i took him outside dragging him on the grass i threw him over the gate and waved at him. Ashley came running outside and stared at me "hey! what did you do that for?!" she yelled at me."hes a fucking prick you don't even know the thing's hes done to me and it's best that he just goes before i have to watch him get eaten like everyone else" i said "well you didn't have to go off and kill him now did you" she growled walking away from me. "HE WAS NO USE TO US ANYWAYS ASHLEY" i screamed at her,she just waved her hand at me and kept walking away. i highly doubt that the virus was made from the water i think the government tried to make something diferent and where messing around with biochemicals and one dude thought it would be amazingly cool to dump it in the water,he probably only thought that fish and stuff would get infected with the biochemical but those fish would turn into eating human fish,and than people would turn into eating human zombies. maybe there are survivors out there but maybe there werent ashley came around to me and tapped me on the shoulder."maybe its time we do what we said we where going to and go and look for more surviours if there are any survivors i mean we can use all the help that we can get right now,expecally if they've been around for awhile" i rolled my eyes at her and looked at her than walked towards my car she just stood  there and watched me walk towards it "are you just going to stand there" she gave me a look and than started to walk towards my car ,i slide my gloves on my arms wait for ashley to get into the car and start driving down the road i dont know what it is about Ashley but she amazes me at how she keeps her cool it just amazes me that shes not flipping her lid about everything thats happening around her i mean i would be screaming about everything thats going on around me,well i am but still its not that i dont want to be here its just that im so sick of this broken environment like are you kidding me we've all lost people and we've all had to make sacrifics that we didnt wanna make but somethings arent as easy as we want them to be we want to pretend that everything is easy going that everything will be alright,but truth is that nothing will be alright.Ashley is here because i'd rather have a girl by my side than a dude or my parents why would i want to watch my parents get eaten  by a bunch of zombies no that wouldnt happen in a life time and i wouldnt want that to happen the first time my brother died was the most horrible thing that could ever happen to me my brother was the only one that really understood me and now that hes gone its like a part of me is gone i grew attacted to him even though my parents told me not to because he was a boy that had cancer that doctor said he was only suppose to be alive until 10 years old well truth be told the zombies kind of ruined that but the humans are no better they could have locked him up away some where to keep him away from all this or i could have its kind of like i blame myself i blame myself for him not being here anymore its like how many more people can i shoot.i looked at ashley she was staring out the window watching all of them try to walk close to our car thats when she pushed against my chest and yelled "stop!" i looked around trying to figure out what she was looking at,and thats when i saw her she was running waving her arms and screaming towards our car,ashley opened the door and the little girl jumped in, "woah thanks" she said as ashley closed the door and i started driving again she looked little about to be 8 years old i watched the little girl clutch tightly onto her teddy bear she just watched us and than sighed against the silence "my names Savanna but most just call me Sav" me and ashley both looked at each other and than at the little girl. "have you been infected?" me and ashley both chime in toghether ignoring the part where the little girl tried to introduced herself to us "no i havent been infected but my mother and father have well i dont really know where they are anymore i kind of ran away from them in a screaming fit but i guess there some where out there" me and ashley both sighed. "well im Alex and she's Ashley." the little girl hugged her teddy bear. "how old are you" thats when she shifted against the seat " i'm 7 years old" she smiled at us and tried not to look out the window her eyes where fixed on the ground kind of her teddy bear too "well we're glad to meet you" i drove off the road and near a church "you think they'll be here?" i  looked at ashely,"yeah but whose going to stay with the girl?" we both just looked at each other "why dont you tell her to just hide in the back seat kind of behind the seat" ashley opened the door and told the little girl she had crawled in the back and was already on the ground behind the seat "and dont make any loud noises or noises at all because if a walker walks by you and hears you hes going to eat that pretty little head of yours so shut your mouth understand?" she looked shocked at the way that i told her to shut her mouth and she just nodded at me thats when i saw them running down the hall,they stopped running and turned around and we all yelled "are you infected?" bursting out in laughter together. this is actually the first time i found real happiness in the lypse.
