"I can't feel my feet"

"Willl you shut up for once, Jin?"

"Well, Kim Namjoon, it wasn't exactly my brilliant idea to hide inside this goddamn narrow locker, for fucks sake i'm going to suffocate-"

"Yeah, you're gonna suffocate, i'll make sure of that."

The two males had been arguing like that for the past five minutes.

The plan didn't go as well as they thought it would go. They were supposed to hide behind doors of different rooms near the exit but before they had the chance to, a group of guards came running through the hallway on their way outside.

They somehow ended up pressed inside a locker. Taehyung was lucky to get one on his own while the older two had to share one.

"I wonder who's causing a commotion outside.." the younger said, making the other two stop insulting each other.

"Whoever it is, is surely making the plan easier." Namjoon whispered back.

The three were weird combination of people put together. Jin and Namjoon would mostly argue, since Jin had to protect his titel as the eldest but Namjoon somehow had the leader position throughout the whole time. While both of them would mostly argue about who is right, The younger, Taehyung would just act without thinking about the dangerous situations.

So the group was practically put together by two parents who actually divorced and their child that is trying to die all the time.

The Kim Family, everyone.

"Thank You.."

"Huh?" The youngest was confused by the sudden tone and sincerity of Namjoon's voice.

"I said thank you. For coming for us, I mean."

"You can thank us clowns, once we're out of this shithole." Taehyung chuckled lightly. He would usually just say some stupid line to make the atmosphere funny but this time Katana wasn't speaking. This time Kim Taehyung was speaking. The sincere, shy, happy and kind Taehyung he was before reality stabbed his back.

Every person has a true self behind their mask. It doesn't matter what kind of mask the person is wearing, the only thing that matters and actually defines you is what's behind that mask.

Everyone has their own story which your true self actually reflects from. Whatever the story plot is doesn't matter, all that matters is what decisions you make during the story and which way you choose. That's what makes the story, your story. That's what defines you.

Sadly not all stories are like in the movies, wonderful and cheerful. Some stories were changed by other people's bad decisions in their own story. After all, all stories are connected to one thing. The world. They all play in the same world.

Jin had a story, Namjoon had a story, Hoseok had a story, Yoongi had a story, Jimin had a story, Aera had one and even Jungkook, the clown king known to be a fearless maniac had a story. They all suffered the same thing. Other people turning their story into horrible nightmares.

Your true self is all that's left of you. So you protect it with a mask.

In order to survive the world the criminals were living in, they had no choice but to hide their true self, their fears, their emotions and their feelings.

"I sure will, Taehyung." Namjoon's lip corner liften itself up for a split second, very amused that he had now officially seen two clowns acting like human beings.

Aera would get very vulnerable by the mention of Joker's past and Taehyung in situation like talking about his friend's lives.

He wondered what Joker's weak point was but that was clear to him by now.

Shin Aera, of course.
