chapter 17: missed call. also a very important A/N at the end

Amy's P.O.V
I eventually make it to the truck.

I take out my mobile and give Spartan a pat. “Good boy. Let's call home.” I coo.
I select Lou's number and press call.

Ring........ring......ring....
“Oh for the love of-- Lou just pick up! Geez Da-ja-vu much.  ” I complain to myself. I sigh and leave a message.
“Hey, its Amy. Lou please call me back when you get this message, its important. We're gonna get back to heartland as soon as we can!” I say.
I try Grandpa but get the same results.
“Honestly.” I huff. “He probably lost it again.”

“Whoa, easy boy!” I sooth Spartan as he starts getting all jumpy. I pull back on the reins and slip my phone in it's place.
“Yeah, let just head back.” I mumble and nudge Spartan into a canter.

Lou's P.O V

I Huff as I come back from tending to the Dude Ranch.
“Stupid city slickers with their stupid excuses....” I grumble as I check another item off the list mentally.

I Hope Amy, Try and Georgie are having fun on the road.
“Haha yeah, idiots, am I right?!”
I jump and spin around. Leaning against a tree is a guy with a lit cigarette, facing down so his hat conceals view of him.

“you cant smoke here. And I'm sorry but who are you?” I speak.
He tilts his head and I catch a smirk.
“Your worst nightmare. ” he cackles and before I can react he throws something at me and I catch a weird smell. Everything goes black and I feel myself drop.
“Sweet dreams!”

Mystery P.O.V.
“Okay, he got her. Remember to release the gas so they won't wake up. All of them. The old man is out with the other one. Let's do this.” I command and set off to the loft.

As I get their I creep up the stars and release the purple gas.
“Hey what the-*thud*” Is heard.
I laugh. “ Idiots.”

Lou's P.O.V
I wake up in a strange place, its cold, dark and damp. It also stinks. “Ew!” I groan. I look down at my hands.
“Great. Bound. Which means I'm kidnapped. Again. How wonderful.” I state sarcastically.
“Good to know you're happy!”

I snap my head over at the voice.

Cliffy. At least I think it was supposed to be one???

See, I've lost some of this chapter (which I wrote ages ago BTW) and I can't remember exactly what I was going to have happen.

Including the 'important' Authors note.

Uh so I'm sorry for the horrible writing and the short chapter.
