"okay sir" the nurses who are preparing for the bed and some medications to be used.

doyoung put on his doctors coat and sanitize his hands before coming to the room. he took a deep breath before encountering his best friend who is unconscious.

his heart shattered when he saw her body lying inanimate with her hands and legs bloody. her face became pale and she had her hair messed up.

he doesn't know what to respond.

"ah.. she's not the reason. i moved here to study more about my work" doyoung tried to lie to her but it was useless.

"son, no point of lying, i could see your bleeding heart and it glowed when you're near to keiko. i understand that it's hard when keiko didn't notice your love. it's alright, you can try to win her heart this time. i gave my permission" her mom said something that doyoung never knew. he was stunned and he couldn't believe it.

so for 3 years before leaving to japan,okinawa , her mother knew doyoung 's swelling heart with the flowers attached to it.
