1. empty, sad, depressed, lonely, worthless, unloved, ugly, useless, unimportant, and forgotten; the worst feelings in the world. But they're the way I feel everyday.

2. What's more deadly?

A gun or a thought?

The gun gives you the oppertunity,

The thought pulls the trigger.

3. I thought I wanted to die,

But in reality, I just wanted to be saved.

4. We hurt ourselves on the outside, to kill the monster on the inside.

5. I tell people I'm tired, when in fact I'm depressed. I say I'll be better tomorrow, but I know tomorrow will just be worse. I tell lies everyday. And I know I wont be able to stop this by myself.

6. You don't know, you don't know what I've been through. You don't know the how much I hate myself. What I do to myself when I'm alone. How much I want to give up. How much my heart hurts. How much I cry... you don't know me at all.
