Chapter 6

Lauren POV

When i drove away form Camilas house i drove straight up to my house which is in this forest.. its very isolated so i parked my car and got out. I had all this energy this happiness in my i couldnt contain myself i just started running and climbing up and threw trees Jesus this girl makes me feel so absolutly amazing. After a couple minutes i stop and look around to see im in a park. this little girl on a swing set is looking at me weird and its day light outside... " Hi " i said and she waved nervously " Where am i ?" i asked and she giggled " Hawaii?" She said looking at me as if i am crazy.. opps i ran too much " Oh okay have a good day! " i said speeding off back to my house. Its so funny doing that racing and see where we land.  I use to play a game with my brothers and sisters whoever ends up the farsestgets first kill next time we hunting. Ally or Chris won most the time.

When i got back up i went inside the house and Normani who was passing the hall stopped me in my path " Whats going on with you?" She asked " I just had the best date ever with Camila Cabello thats whats going on with me " I said carrying her and spinning her around " Okay calm down Lauren!  you know this isnt allowed " She said and i rolled my eyes " I am the leader of this pact i am responsible enough to be with a human " i said and she nodded " Dont get carried away Lauren you dont want this girl getting hurt " She said and i nodded understanding what she meant " Are you going to tell her ?" she asked and i sighed " I dont know Mani, i need to discuss it with you all first " she smiled and kissed my forhead " Ill round everyone up " I gave her a thumbs up and went to the back yard  which is usually where we had our family meetings. Chris and Taylor were alreayd there, Ally was walking in with troy and mom and dad were just leaving the house with Normani behind them " Thank you mani " i said smiling and she nodded. Everyone took their seats and i stood up on the tree stump.

" Hello Family " i said and they all waved at me awkwardly " whats going on Laur?" Ally asked and i sighed " Well i have something very important, important to me, to say " I started " I think i am in love with a human " I said and everyone gasped except for Normani and Ally " But lauren you know what could happen it is very dangerous for this person, yourself and us " My father said and i sighed " I know that but i am the leader and i feel that i am responsible enough to let myself be in this relationship, but since i am one person i decided to tell you as you are my family because i respect your opinions. " I said and everyone nodded " Lauren we respect you and your choices but i think you  should make sure you can do this, will you even be telling her?" Taylor asked " That is the main reason i asked you here today, if i do tell her does everyone think they can 100% control themselves and be kind and treat her as one of our own?" I asked and everyone looked at one another " Yes i do " Ally raised her hand " I do as well " Chris raised his hand, then troy, normani, and taylor " Mother you have been awfully quiet this meeting " i said and she sighed " You said Her lauren... as in this person is a girl " she said calmly looking in my eyes " Yes i did" my mother nodded and i stared at her then my father who were both looking down.. i guess they were speaking to eachother in private threw their minds " Look you know i am not one to get into a relationship, as leader my duties come first with the safety of all if you " i said and everyone nodded " But this feeling hit me like a ton of bricks, i cant stop thinking about her and everytime i am around her i feel as if my heart is going again " I said and they all looked at me sympatheticlly " I wasnt sure about this at first but i spent the evening with her on the beach and when i looked into her eyes i knew she was the one " I said and my mother smiled  " Then i do " She said raising her hand.

My Father stood up from his place and put his hands on my shoulders " My daughter.. i passed my Leadership to you for 3 reasons, 1 you are very smart and powerful 2 you understand the importance of all the rules we have and  3 you will sacrafice anything for your family.. i trust you will keep those keep these qualities as this relationship begins, Be mindful of everything .. I do " he said raising his i smiled and gave him a big hug " Thank you father " i said in his ears and everyone around came in to a big family hug " So when can we meet this girl?" my mom said and i shrugged " Give me some time " She nodded and we all headed back inside as the meeting had come to an end i am so happy of the out come this is perfect.
