Chapter 1: When we first met.

Y/n POV

I had just moved to Riverdale.I  used to live in LA but my parents and I decided that we wanted to live in a smaller place. I really want to live in Riverdale because my mother and father were raised here and I wanted to experience what they went through. My parents were unpacking and sent me to Pops. I drove there and got off in the parking lot. I went to the man behind the cash register and said pick up for y/l/n ( your last name). I turned to the right side and saw a raven-haired boy with a grey beanie and beautiful blue and green eyes. He was typing on his laptop.I wanted to go up to him and talk but didn't know if I should. Someone opened the door to come into Pops. The door had a bell that made a noise everytime you opened it. He instantly looked up to the door and looked at his laptop and looked up at me from where I was standing.

Jughead's POV 

I had been working on my novel and after a while, I noticed this beautiful girl with y/h/c ( your hair color) and y/e/c ( your eye color ). I think she is new because I have never seen her in my life. I just looked back down at my screen and after a couple of seconds I looked up at her again. She saw me and I didn't know what to do so I just continued typing on my laptop. I then hear someone speaking to me saying "Hi, I'm y/n " the beautiful girl I looked up at earlier. I said, " I'm Jughead Jones the third". I was a bit nervous but it quickly went away.

Y/n POV 

I was nervous but I started a conversation. I said " so... I'm new "Jughead said, " I know ".After that, you guys got to know each other and a man with a name tag that said Pop came up to me and gave you a bag full of burgers for my parents. You said " thank you" to Pop.I didn't want to leave so I texted my mom I was going to be late. She said it was fine and I continued to chat with Jughead. Pop came back to check if we wanted to order anything and I asked for a vanilla milkshake and a burger. I asked Jughead if he wanted anything and he ordered the same thing. Pop left and Jughead and I continued talking.I heard the door open and the bell starts to ring. I didn't turn around to check who it was and neither did Jughead we just kept talking. Then a group of 4 people came up to us and said: " Hey, Jughead". They saw me and introduced themselves to me. Hi, Im Betty, Hey, I'm Archie, Hey girly, I'm Veronica, and I'm Kevin. I introduced myself to them and said: " I'm y/ n, I just moved here from LA."They welcomed me and Pop came back with Jughead and my order. Pop asked the others if they wanted anything and they began to order. We all continued talking until I took a bite of my burger.I was about to take a sip of my milkshake until Jughead took my cherry off of my milkshake and ate. He smiled at me and I smiled back. Everyone was just staring at us until Betty asked: " when was I going to start school?" I responded with "Monday".Jughead and I finished our food by the time everyone else was barely biting into their food. We all continued talking until everyone finished their food and were about to leave until Veronica said " Y/n let me see your phone" I unlocked it and gave it to her. She put everyone's phone numbers in my phone. She also put my phone number on everyone's phone. Archie said " Let's meet here tomorrow at 5 pm,"Everyone said ok and began to walk to their homes. Jughead and I were the only ones left standing outside of Pops. He asked if I wanted him to take me home? I said no because I had a car but I asked what if I give you a ride? He smiled and said " yes".We got in the car and continued talking. He asked me what I thought of my new friends? and I said that " I loved them."He was happy to hear that. We stopped at his house and he said "goodnight y/n".I responded with" goodnight Jug" and he got off my car and said " I'll see you tomorrow " and winked at me. He then closed the car door and I saw as he disappeared into the trailer park. I finally got home and my parents were almost done unpacking.they were happy to see me with foo. They asked why I took so long and I said because I was meeting new people. I then went up to my room, changed into my PJs, and went to sleep.
