Chapter 14: The Favor - Part 2

Y/N POV

Finally, school was over and Jughead and I went to Pops. We stayed there for about an hour and left to go to The Whyte Wyrm. We drove to The Whyte Wyrm and when we got there FP greeted us and then said: " Hey I have to go ". He was acting a little weird so Jughead and I asked where he was going. All he said was I'll explain later and he left. Toni walked over to us and said: " Whats up with him?" Jughead and I said, " I don't know".

Y/N POV

 After FP left I continued to think about why he left in such a rush. I was snapped out of my thoughts by Toni,Jughead,Sweet Pea, and Fangs. They all said " Earth to Y/N". I just looked at them and said " Oh umm whats up". They just smiled and Jughead gave me a small peck on the lips. We all started to wonder where FP went but eventually, we changed the conversation. I then went to get a drink with Toni and we took a couple shots of tequila. Then Jughead ,Sweet Pea,and Fangs came towards us and we started having a conversation about school . Between the conversation I checked my phone to see what time it was until I got a call from FP. I answered quickly and said "hello?" He responded and said " hey Y/N can umm you and Jughead come to the trailer ?" I said " sure " and then he said " Thanks " and hung up. I put my phone in my pocket and said " hey Juggy,your dad wants us to go to the trailer ". Jughead just nodded and we said goodbye to Sweet Pea,Fangs,and Toni. We drove to Sunny Side Trailer Park and went into the trailer. Once we entered we saw FP sitting on the couch with his head down. We sat next to him and asked what was going on? He looked at us and said, " I had to ummm do a job." We asked " What kind of job?" He just said " Lets not talk about the job." He said " I did the job for Penny Peabody ." Jughead and I just looked at him shocked because we have heard what kind of things she makes Serpents do. FP just kept looking at the floor and said " I know its dangerous ok but I had to do it." Jughead asked " Why?,Why would you do it?" FP lifted up his face and looked at me and then at Juggy and said because she threatened to do something horrible and inhuman to you Jug". Jughead and I looked at each other for a moment and then looked at FP.  I said " FP please tell me that was the last job." He looked up at me slowly and said " Penny isn't going to let go of me that easily." Jughead had a frustrated look and stood up and said " I'm going to go see her!" FP and I stood up and I looked at Juggy with worried eyes and FP said " Listen to me boy you aren't going with her ok !" Jughead looked at me then at FP and said "Fine". FP then said " I'm going to handle it , I don't want you guys to worry about it ok?" Jughead and I just looked at FP and nodded.FP then said, "Well it's getting late you guys should go to sleep ". We just "Goodnight and went to Jugheads room.
