**Janessa

"Ladies line up" this female said.

We all line up and one by one she came up and ask our name and weight.

"Name.. weight"

"Janessa Thompson 176"

"Oh you are in the plus size"

"Oh" Damn am I that fat.

"Your gonna be put in a straight diet"

"Uh..."

"Okay!! Ladies my name is Diana and I will be your fitness instructor. I will be teaching what to eat and what not to eat. How to hold the card correctly and all that jazz. But I will NOT be your friend. Do we have an understanding"

Everyone shook there heads Yea but me. Diet. Bitch you got me fuck up.

"Okay in that case everybody outside we will running from here to McDonalds on Neverly St."

Bish whet that's like 5 miles away. I could barely ran a damn block. Oh lawd i need a new job.

Everybody stretch their legs adnd I look over at Isis. She look at me and smile. So I wave then that bitch hit me.

"Um excuse you"

"We do not socialize in the gym. She has work to do and so do you. Here's your diet plan"

I look at that thing and there is barely food on the list.

"Your gonna start Monday. Everybody get set......GO!!!" She blew that damn whistle and we all ran.

"Come on run!!" she yelled at me. We have been running for two miles already and a bitch is tired and I am thirsty as hell.

"My dog runs faster than you. Catch up with the girls!!"

I groan they were like 10ft ahead of me. I ran faster anyway just to get away from her yelling and insults.

**Isis

"Come on your hitting like a lil bitch" Coach yelled at me.

Urgj I was tired.

"Coach give me five"

"Give me five good punches first"

I took a deep breath and punch the shit out of his palms

"Happy!" I yelled and went to go lie down.

"Five minutes Ice and that's it!! I'm countin!!"

"Yea Yea"

I went to the back and laid right by the air conditioner. Ahhh that shit felt good. As I was about to sleep Nessa came in all sweaty and out of breath.

"Damn here" I said handing her some water. She drunk some and poured the rest on her head.

"Never......again.....I......quit" she said.

"Awe why"

"We ran five miles and then we ran back for another five mile. Oh and then she said I was out of shape so I had to do 30 push ups and 5 minutes of planking. My whole body hurts and I am sweating in places I didn't even knew could sweat.And on top of that she called me fat, ugly, slow,stupid and any other mean words. She yelled at me!" she cried

"Maybe you can work out with me. I won't yell at you or call you fat. Your beautiful okay don't listen to Diana she ain't got a life okay."

"Okay"

I got up and turn the shower on for her.

"Huh go take a shower"

"Oh my God I smell bad"

"No!!! It will cool you down"

"Oh okay. Thanks Isis".

"Your welcome"
