Soon after she fell asleep, I gathered all my things and headed out.

At first I had to go to her job, to get her belongings such as her keys. Then I'd head to her house.

Her house wasn't hard to find, since I had walked there several times before. Let's just say that I was familiar with it.

In no time was I already inside.

The small one room apartment was tidy and clean, flowers were gathered all around in small pots, filling the apartment with a nice aroma.

Pined to the wall were some pictures of her and her family.

But one caught my eye.

A picture showing her and this other guy together seemed to be the centre piece of it all. She smiled so dearly, seeming so at ease and happy in his arms.

My hand reached for the picture frame, lifting it up slightly making the hook unlatch to this unholy picture... and letting it drop to the floor.

A loud crash resonated through the apartment, the glass of the frame shattered , and the picture itself ripped in half.

"Oops."

I laughed, bending to to retrieve the picture which now showed only (y/n). Shoving it inside the pocket of my jacket.

My next stop was her bedroom. The sheets displayed over her bed were neatly tucked in, as well as the pillows were neatly tapped. Only a single window stood in her room, emitting a small light, which was enough to see around.

It was a fairly simple room, that there wasn't even a closet.

Clothes were pilled on her nightstand, probably freshly washed from this morning.

"Perfect."

I grabbed all that I could, needing those since (y/n) couldn't stay in the same clothes at all time.

Content with myself, I scurried off. Not wanting anyone to suspect anything, she was safe after all. I had nothing to worry about.
