Chapter Two: Mystery Girl

~(Y/N)'s POV~
I was walking around National City trying to find something to do since I had the day off. I was walking down the street until a black metal truck drove down the street at lightning speed with three cop cars going after it. Along with Supergirl. I gasped when a man shot down Supergirl with Kryptonite. I ran over to Supergirl and see that she wasn't moving. I picked her up and put her on the sidewalk. "You ok?" I ask and she looks up at me. Why does she look so familiar? Supergirl nods since shes having trouble breathing. I look up to see the same truck coming towards us. I look at Supergirl then at the truck. I grew furious and went in front of Supergirl. The truck went faster and I put my hands out. I close my eyes tightly and waited for them to run me over. But I only felt something on my hands. I open my eyes to see that the truck stopped with my hands inside. I looked at it shocked but soon grew out of it because I remember I forgot about this power a long time ago. I threw the truck into the sky so it could land in the ground. On the side so it won't damage the people to much. I look behind me to see Supergirl laying there shocked. "Supergirl!" I hear Alex yell. I look to the left to see Alex running towards us. Alex kneels down to Supergirl. When they weren't paying any attention I flew away. I flew into an open window and realise it was my apartment. I sighed in relief and sat down on the couch. "How does Alex know Supergirl? Why does she seem so familiar? Why did she look like...Kara?" I asked out loud. I sighed and closed my eyes. "Is Kara Danvers Supergirl?".
~Kara's POV~
I sat on one of the chairs in the main room. Winn said to take it easy until he figures out who those guys we're and how they got Kryptonite. I remember the girl who saved me. Who was she? "Kara" Alex said and I look over to a worried Alex "are you ok? You seem more thoughtful then usual when we came back" "I'm fine Alex. I'm just thinking who was that girl" I said and looked at the ceiling. "The one who saved you? Yea I'm wondering who she is too" Alex said "shes sorta like a Neolithic" I said and look at Alex. She raised a brow "a Neolithic? What's that?" "More like who...a Neolithic is a person from a planet called....well, Neolithic. It got destroyed at the same time as Krypton. I thought they all died..." "And how are you sure that shes a Neolithic?" J'onn asks. "How do you know?" Alex asks J'onn "did you forget that I'm from a different planet too? Anyways, Kara how are yoy so sure that shes a Neolithic?" "But-" I got cut off by J'onn "it's all over thr news" I sigh "well Neolithics like covering themselves up. Usually with bandanas and hoods. Also, their eyes usually glow when their face is covered up" "how did they get hoods?" Alex asks "they made them back at Neolithic. My dad gotten me one when he visited Neolithic" "so that means this women is the last of her kind. From what I know she was the only one that escaped since the others we're damaged by the smoke" J'onn said and start acting more serious "we have to save her. We can't risk her getting killed" We nod and we start getting ready to find the mystery person.
~(Y/N)'s POV~
I look out the window and sigh, remembering how I met Aaron's family.
~Flashback~
I crash into a field of grass and see a man there. He offered me a hand and I hesitantly grab it. When I got out I realise it was a Krypton. We walked to a house that was huge and white. There stood was to people. A woman and a man. The woman had long black hair, black eyes, and plae skin. The man had short black hair, red eyes, and tan skin. We walked up to them and the lady kneels down and gently puts her hands on my cheeks. "We will be taking care of you. I'm Donice Flesher and this is Paul Flesher" Donice said and stood up. I look at one of the windows to see a young boy and a young girl peeking their heads out. The boy was much like his father but had black eyes like Donice and pale skin. The girl was much like their mother but had tan skin like their father. We made eye contact and I did a small smile. They smiled back.
~End Of Flashback~
I let the wind blow my hair while I look at the sky with teary eyes. I wipe them away and felt a hand grab my shoulder. I look over at who it was and see it was my best friend, Kyler Hawkins. He had short blonde hair and brown eyes. "I saw you on the news" Kyler said in a deep voice. "How did you know it was me? My face was covered up" I asked and Kyler chuckles "I know. But you told me about Neolithic and I saw your eyes glow" I sighed and looked down. "You know you can help the world to, right?" Kyler asks and I nod. I think about and smile. I look at him "you know what? Your right. I'll do it" I said and Kyler smiles "and you can make the costume" Kyler cheers quietly but I could still hear it. I chuckle and he instantly starts working on it.
~Time Skip~
I waited on the couch until he came back. He handed me a red hoodie that had small snowflakes on the shoulders and a little bit down the arm, black leather gloves with holes where my claws come out, and black pants. I smile and went to the bathroom to put it on. I walk out and I look at myself in the mirror. "Kyler this is great!" I yelled and hugged him. He chuckled and hugged back "glad you like it, now go and save the world" Kyler said and I nod. I jump off the balcony with my hood on and look around. I see to men going into a bank that's suppose to be closed. I fly dowj and follow them, sneakily.
