I was sitting next to Ezekiel as our legs shook as dad held onto mom as she was crying, It's been an hour since we've been here and Alecia was in surgery.

When dad and mom found out they were devastated and when Ezekiel found out, he was anything other than calm right now is the quietest he's been through this whole thing.

But who wouldn't be devastated if someone you love is dying. I heard voices as I looked up and seen the bitch that caused this.

I immediately ran at him as before I knew it someone ran at him before me trying to get to him as dad pulled back Ezekiel, and Mama pulled me back.

"It's your fault my little sister is dying!,"He yelled as tears streamed down his cheeks.

"Mama let me go!, Cesar your such a bitch I swear when I get out of this I'm on your ass,"I yelled as my tears fell as Mama whispered to me calming me down.

Just then Oscar was in front of Cesar speaking to us.

"For whatever it's worth, I apologize for my little brothers incredibly dumbass move that is costing your family this pain. I'll help pay for the hospital bills and whatever you may need to get her better,"Oscar said.

"Thank you so much,"Mama said with a light smile through her tears. Just then we heard more people walk in as it was Ruby, Olivia, Monse & Jamal.

I seen Ruby come over as I ran over into his arms hugging him tightly as he held me in his arms.

"I'm so sorry, it should've been me,"He whispered as I pulled away. "Don't ever say that it should've been nobody, if someone would've handled their business we'd be all alright,"I said hitting a monse as I glared at Cesar.

"I'm s-"He was saying as Oscar cut him off. "Silencioso! You don't get to speak Cesar,"Oscar said as he also glared at Cesar, as ruby sat me down comforting me.

I watched down the hall as a panicked looking Helix came as he came closer as his eyes were red as Mama went over and hugged him as he cried.

It was so many emotions going around as the nurse came out as everything was a stand still.

"Family for Alecia Finnie–Rodriguez?,"He asked as Mama and Dad stood up along with us as we walked over.

"How is she doing what's going on?,"Dad asked.

"Well when the bullet almost went through her heart, but luckily it missed it but it did hit the side of it cause a bit of bleeding but she's a fighter so she made it through right now she's sleep she should wake up any minute now,"He said with a smile as we thanked him.

"Can we go see her?,"Helix asked. "Yeah But only a few at a time she's in room 23A,"He said as we went down and walked in to see her eyes closed as she breathed slowly.

She looked so fragile.
