Chapter 18

"No! Don't give him the stone, you'll kill us all!" Tony yells. Stephen holds his hand out, as his two fingers made the time stone appear in his hands. Thanos hold his hand out, so the time stone floats over towards him. Y/N rushes over to Tony's side, she looks at his wound. "I'm okay." Tony mutters, she shakes her head, "No--" She pulls the dagger out and placed her hands on his wound. "You're gonna bleed if I don't help you." She closed her eyes and opens them, Tony winced a few times. Her hand was removed from Tony's stomach. 

"How the hell did you get your powers back?" He said. "I... I don't know. I just felt it." She replies. Thanos placed the time stone on his thumb, connecting it to his gauntlet. He smiles at Tony, "One to go." Thanos said, Y/N went to attack him till he disappeared. She fell on her knees, tired. Y/N grabs the dagger that Tony was stabbed with, wiping the blood off. "What are you doing?" Tony asked, she sits down and sighs. "Nothing--" She puts the dagger into her arc reactor and winces. 

"What the hell is she doing?" Pete asked, something fell out of her arc reactor and lands on the ground. "He was looking for this." Y/N gets up and grabs the gold gem off the ground. "What is that?" Peter asked. "The ego stone." Nebula said, "It's a way to reborn Nemesis." She added. "That's not gonna happen." Y/N smashes the stone, shattering it to pieces.

The ground rumbled a bit, causing them all to almost fall. "Okay, maybe not make the planet angry?" Pete said. Y/N rolls her eyes, "He's gonna go after the mind stone, if he gets that... its over."

"Who has it then?"

"The mind stone." Corvus smirked, seeing Vision standing there, weak. "You should've stayed in that room." Corvus said. He hits Vision, knocking him over a log. Black Dwarf hits him after, "Leave him alone!" Banner runs in and tackles the Dwarf and they fell into a small creek.

Vision was laying on a log, pain rushing through him. Corvus kneels, looking at him better.  Steve runs over and punches him, "GET OUT OF HERE!" Steve yells, hitting Corvus. "Go!" He says, Vision struggles to get up, grunting. Corvus pins him and Steve struggles, gritting his teeth. A spear was impaled into Corvus's chest. Corvus was lifted up by the spear, Vision pushing it more into Corvus, killing him.

Proxima looks over and yells, she looks over at Nakia and Nat. Proxima lifts up her spear, retreating the Outriders, running back to the ships. M'Baku and his men chant, "Ya hoo hoo!" they chant, rasing their weapons in the air. Everyone met up in the forest, thinking it's over.

Banner looks over and spots blue and black fog appearing, Thanos walks into Wakanda smiling. Banner runs towards him, but then flies passed him and Thanos puts him in the rocks, Banner was stuck. "Uh... help?" Banner said.

Vision grabs Wanda's hand, her eyes bat to his eyes. "If he gets the stone first. This isn't gonna end well to the people. This may hurt, but maybe not for you. Please, Wanda." Vision said, tears well up in her eyes, as she puts her hand towards his head. "It's all right." He reassures. Thanos smashes War Machines guns and throws him at a tree. 

Buck yelled, running towards him, firing everything he can. Wanda cries as she tries to destroy the mind stone before Thanos could reach it. Steve tries to keep Thanos back, punching him with his shields. Steve grabbed his gauntlet, yelling to use all his strength. One punch of Thanos, Steve falls to the ground, Wanda looks over to Thanos, walking towards her. She pushes Thanos away as she shatters Visions mind stone.

Wanda laid on the ground, seeing nothing of Vision. Thanos walks over and turns his hand, retreating time back, bringing Vision back to life. Vision gasped for air, "NO!" Wanda ran over to stop him, he throws her and smashed Visions head, grabbing the mind stone from him. Visions color of his body was lost, he was grey and black as if a light died out out of him. Thanos placed the stone on his gauntlet, he chuckled till a bolt of lighting shined down. 

In one blink of an eye, an ax was in Thanos's chest. "Agh." Thanos grunts when Thor impales his ax into Thanos chest. Thanos smiled and looks up at Thor, "You should have went for the head." Thanos brings up his hand. "No!!--"

SNAP!

Thanos wakes up, placing his hand on his chest were the ax was placed. He sighs in relief and looks over at the small child... Gamora.

"Did we do it?" She smiled. Thanos smiles back, "Yes..." He replied.

Thor looks at Thanos's gauntlet, it was destroyed. "What'd you do?" Thor asked, he looks at Thanos. "WHAT'D YOU DO!?" Thor yelled. Thanos looks around and falls into a fog and disappears. Thor's ax fell to the ground. Steve stood up and looked around, "Where'd he go?" He asked. "Steve." Buck looks at his arm as it became ashes, Steve looks over and Bucky falls into dust, his gun clanks on the ground. Some of the Wakandan's fall into dust, some confused on what's happening.

"Oh, Groot." Rocket says, looking at Groot, dust coming off of him. "I am Groot." He says weakly. "No...no, no, no..." Rocket went to grab him, but he disappeared before he could hold him. Steve looks at Vision lifeless on the ground, Nat ran around the corner seeing him. "What is this? What the hell is happening?" James asked. "Nakia, this is no place to die." T'Challa grabs Nakia's arm but she fell back down when he fell into dust.

Scarlet looks at Vision, his lifeless body laid there. "Vision." She says before vanishing. Sam struggles to get up, seeing his body become ashes, "Sam! SAM!" James called, before stepping on Sam's ashes where he laid last...

[Ready?... Guess not... I'm sorry, I'm already crying...]

"Oh no..." Y/N looks at Mantis who began to vanish into ashes. Pete looking around, panicking. Tony's eyes widen, looking around also. Pete looks over to Drax seeing Drax's hand fall into ashes. "Be steady, Quill." Tony said, Pete started to vanish, "Oh man."

Tony looks over his shoulder, Y/N looking towards Peter. "There was no other way." Dr. Strange said, before becoming like the others. "Mr. Stark?" Tony looks over to Peter who was struggling to walk. "I don't feel so good." He says. "You're alright."

"I-don--I don't know what's happening." Peter falls on Y/N, holding onto her. "Peter, no. No no no!" Y/N holds onto Peter. "I don't wanna go. I don't wanna go... Y/N please, I don't wanna go."

"You're not going anywhere." Y/N cries, she falls down with Peter, his eyes look into hers. "I'm sorry..." His body disappears into ashes, making Y/N's hands instantly fall on the ground

"Peter! No no no no no no! Peter...Why?!" Tony pulls her up quickly and holds her tightly into his chest. "It's okay. It okay. Y/N breath, breath..." Y/N sobs into Tony's chest, his hand behind her head and the other  on her back. "He's gone... I lost him..." She cries out. "I'm sorry..." Tony whispers, he moves side to side to calm her.

"You're gonna be okay..."
