as soon as she said that felt like a huge wieght was lifted off my back i dryed off lotioned up put on my red and white mathching bra & panty set went to my closet found my black and while maxi dress and found my black sandles went to the bathroom did my hygien and but on my black and gold jewlrey,went downstairs and told my ma the news and kissed her bye grabbed my keys and drove to the hospital when i got thier the docter told me i had to wait b/c he was talking to someone important it seemed fishy to me but whatever i waited for about 5 min before i got up when i started walking to his room i saw justin and dj walking out his room i remembered what jj told me and got mad i was about to say sum when his mom called me over to her i walked over and she said

he still didnt say anything so i began to cry ms.thomas came over to me and rubbed my back and held me i felt hurt cus he didnt even reply so i ran out the room out the hospital and to my car crying when i reached my car i got in and banged on the steering wheel getting out my fustration
EDWINS POV
when spendria told me what happend to her i was infuriated i went into deep tought on what i was going to do to him and i tuned everything out i looked away from her and loked at the tv thinking i was about to say something to her but when i looked over to where she was she wasnt their my ma told me

edwin-*sighs* look baby when i tell u this promise me u wont leave me?

edwin-look im in a gang called ATP and the night me and ryan left saying we were going to run errands with duhwayne and cris we really went to make a drop with this other gang called southside crips and when we got their we saw that nigga justin who jj had over and it turns out he the head leader off that gam ryan was finna shoot him but i told him nah and when we was exchanging the dope for the money justin came over to look at the dope and looked at us and hrinned then somebody from him gang shot ryan and well u know the rest im sorry for not telling u this sooner i just had thought i was gone leave soon but i den im sorry you gone leave me?
me-no i wouldnt dare just b/c off some shit like this im yo ride or die remember? lol but ryan u gotta stop im not saying u got to now but when ever u want to but im hopping its soon

i help him and we walk over to ryans room when we walk in everybody was happy edwin had woken i believe ryan was the happyest after we visited him we went back to his room and chris and duhwayne came to see him and they stayed for about 12 min and left the nurse told him he needed to rest to he went to sleep and so did i right in his arms i finally felt safe
