later on in the day of thursdayme and janiya were in the court room waiting on the verdict for justins case she had just got done testiying for justin she said some good shit then she said a little bad but hey who wouldnt he had gotten a real good lawyer to the help off dj he helped alot with the case for justin while he was in here and thanks to janiya she helped to she brought my baby his work so when he got out he can still graduate with us we were waiting for the judge to get done with looking at the paperwork it was kinda good b/c the judge was aprils mama friend but you never know she had gotten dont looking at the last sheet of paper she hits her gavel and begins to speak
judge monark-the defendant mr.barnes is found not guilty but is sentenced to 5 months of probation and has to be in the house before 11 have a good day she bamgs the gavel and leaves
me and janiya lok at eachother and smile then get up and walk over to justin we both give him hungs but after my hug he kissed me i was shoked b/c he hasnt even asked me out yet u kissed back though
justin-thnks jj without you i dont think i would have got off that easy he said smiling
janiya-your welcome im just glad that ur out now u can come back to school and graduate and get out that gang
justin-yea but chasity i wanna ask you will you be my girlfriend?he said turning towards me

we walk the court house and get in janiya can we drove to popeyes and all got sum to eat then we drove for about 10 min before we got to the trap he was about to get out but stopped
