JA'NIYA'S POV

i woke up to arms around me i got scared but then i rememberd thst duhwayne was here slick mad b/c he pissed me off yesterday w/ his bi-polar attitude but w/e i got loose out of his grip and walked to my bathoom and ran the shower i waited until it got steamy before i hopped in but not  before pluggging my iphone up to the ihome dock and played my shower playlist istayed in for like 4 songs then got out.i walked in my room and walked to my phone and checked it it was 6 missed calls from ma dukes 3 from daddy and 3 text messages from spendria and 2 from keekee i didnt check them instead i checked the weather it was 60 degrees and windy i checked the time and it was 3:12  i locked my phone then went to my bag pulled out some grey & black hustel gang sweats and my oversized black hustel gang hooodie and my black uggs since its september now its cold went to the bathroom brushed my teeth put on deoderant and washed my face i put on a little makeup which is eye liner and mascara and some lipgloss then went to my suitcase and pulled out my wolf greys and some socks put them on went to my closet and got my black MK handbag and put my personal items in it then grabed my phone and charger then walked to the kitchen and pulled out 2 begals and cream cheese from the fridge and plugged up the toaster heated up the begal then took it out and put on some cream cheese and fixed me some apple juice i sat down at the tale and began to eat i puled out my phone and checked my phone messages

i texted back 

me-i was sleep when i texted me but im good JUST me and you gone go out for dinna at 6 we need to talk DONT tell my ma,dad,ryan NOONE (3:23)

me-umm Fat Matt's Rib Shack downtown(3:26)

 i didnt reply i didnt want keekee to come b/c she cant hold water but spendria know when t not say shit and when to so i just want to talk about all thats going on i checked keekeee masseges

 by then i was finished with breakfast i drunk the last little bit off my apple juice grabbed my keys off the island counter and walked out the door i locked it and went to the car i baged out the drivewaye and headed to the jail house to see justin 

DUHWAYNE'S POV i woke up when i heard the door shut and i looked over i seen then jj wasn't thier so i got out off bead and walked to the window and say her leaving wonder were she going i was about to call her when she texted me

MY LOVE-HEY babe im going out for a bit dont ask were just know imm be got until 5 (3:33)

 me-ok i might be here if not im at my place or w/ the boys (3:34)

 MY LOVE-ok if you leave there is a key on top off the doorframe (3:36)

i hopped in the shower for 15 min then went to my bag and got my truckfit black & white sweats and sweatshirt to match it pulled out some boxers and black and white nike socks and my slides put all of it on went to the bathroom and did all my hygien  went to the dresser put in my diamond studs and walked  downstaires fixed me some applejacks and watched tv hen i was finished i washed my bowl and spoon then checked the time it was 3:57 i remembered i got homework and 2 papers to write so i got my keys walked out the door shut it and reached on top of the doorframe  got it & locked to door then put the key back walked to my car and started to drive to my house to get my suff     

AMBER-/MOM'S POV I woke up in my bed alone but when i loked over i saw breakfast and orange juice and a not i picked up the note and it said:

dear baby,

i know u still feel bad about what went down last night b/c i head u crying last night when i got in bad so i made u breakfast before ur alarm clock went off i had go called into work early so i wont be home until later so eat up and feel better,

i smiled after i read the note i ate and then took the stufff downstaires and then walked back up and then went to the bathroom and started i walked to my closet and pulled out my outfit  layed it out on my bad then got in the shower for 45 min. got out put the towel around me  walked over to the sink brushed my teeth and washed my face brushed my teeth then walked over to my dresser but on some coco butter on my body then went and put on my black bra and panty set then walked over to the bed and put my clothes on grabbed my makeup bad put a little foundation and eyeliner and mascara plugged up my flat irons waited until they got hot then bumbed my bob and then cut them off grabbed my channel bag and my briefcase and then walked downstairs and went to the kitchen and grabed me some snacks for later grabbed my keys and was about to leave but called for ryan 

ME-RYAN!!

i hear his room door open and see him walk and stop at the top of the steps he was rubbing his eye must have just woke up

ryan-what ma its like 9 sum in the morning

me-no boy its like 11:23 im just telling you that im otw to work yo daddy got called in so he wont be back until 6 and i wont be back until 7 

ryan-ight 

me-call me if u need anything 

he nodded he ways about to walk off but i had to ask about my babygirl

me-wait ryan

ryan-ma'am ma im tryna sleep

me-iknow but have u heard from ja'niya?

ryan-no i texted her but she den reply so idk 

me-ok 

i walked out and locked the door i miss  my babygirl i didnt mean for anof that to go down last night the way it did i just ion know lest my temper i just wanted to see if she was gonna lie but she didnt and when she started saying the things she did i felt disrespected b/c she should not have stepped in my face and yell in it bt for me to slap her went all out of perportion when we finally talk to her im going to do by her right  

i pulled off and began to drive to the lawfirm i work at 

 ambers outfit to the side
