its monday and i want to surprise janiya by giving her a gift for the stuff that she gave me b/c noone has ever done things like that for me i recently got a job at the mall in macy's and got a discount on watches so i bought her a MK watch with a MK chandbag to go with it i think she will like it shes really nice to me but other people tease me and stuff b/c off my dad i was knocked out of my thoughts when she called my name

me-i turn around yes its me i said smiling
janiya-wh- what yo doing why u not in class?
me-can we go in the hall and talk? i den want the office ladies in my buisness
janiya-oh yea come on si pick up my bag and her gift and we walk to a bench by the drink machine
janiya-so wassup she said looking at the gift bag and then back to me
me-well i got you this i said giving her the bag
janiya-um thanks she taked it from me and opens it when she opens it her covers ehr mouth with her hand and her eyes get big you didnt have to get me this why did you? she said putting the watch on admireing it

janiya-well i know its nun off my buisness but were did that she said pointing to the bruise on my neck come from?
me-i uhhh its umm a hickey i said covering it up looking embarrassed
janiya-dont lie trust me i KNOW waht a hickey looks like look if u dont want to tell me you dont have toim just concerned
me-sighs ok well when i get home sometimes my dad getts drunk and hits me and my mom but last night my mom didnt come home and when i came home from work he was in my room and started asking me questions about my ma i looked down and i told him i didnt know and he accused me off lieing and chocked me and threw me up agianst the wall and beat me he tryed to rape me for the first time but i hit him in the head with a lamp and ran out the house i said trying my best not to cry but i couldnt
janiya-aww no dont cry she pulled me into a hug look if it helps i just moved out my parents house b/c my ma hit me and i got room for you
me-i pulled away whiping my tears oh no i dont want to intrude dont go on trying to help me on my pity youve allready did enough by giving my a phine and jewlrey
janiya-no your not intruding i WANT you to come move in i insist afterschool u gone ride with me and im gone take you to your house your going to pack up and move with me got it she said looking at me
me-ok but as soon as i get on my feet im going to pay u back i promise
janiya-no u dont have to its called helping out a friend she said smiling
me-i smile ok fine i pull out my phone and check the time it was 3:10
