~Louis~

"Well?" Mr.Fuentes was waiting for an answer.

"I-" Toni cut me off and said,"He was hanging out with me. He's my friend."

"What are you doing hanging out with..... Louis?!" Ouch.

"He's my friend! You don't decided who I can and cannot hang out with!"

"You need to hang out with people your class!" Once again, ouch.

"Fuck off! All you do is try to control other people's lives thinking you'll make it better but you're wrong! You are a selfish-" Mr.Fuentes slapped Toni. Toni was furious.

"Toni!" I yelled. Toni gave me a don't-worry-about-it look. Harry got up. Mr.Fuentes didn't seem like he regretted what he did.

"You bastard!" Toni yelled and Mrs.Fuentes ran next to Toni. "What happened?!"

"This person thinks he can control my life! He slapped me! I don't even know you anymore," he scoffed. Mrs.Fuentes glared at her husband.

"You're grounded!" Mr.Fuentes yelled.

"I'm not grounded! I am 18 and you can't decided for me!"

"Alfonso, calm down!" Harry yelled grabbing his arm and Mr.Fuentes yanked his arm away. He then stormed off.

"I'm sorry about that I didn't mean for that to happen," I said.

"Don't worry, it's okay. It's not the first time something like this happens and it sure wont be the last," Toni assured me.

"Sorry for his actions," Mrs.Fuentes said with sympathy and excused herself.

"He's always like that," Harry remarked.

"Well, thanks, man. I appreciate it," I thanked Toni.

"You're welcome. Here's my number," he said taking out a card just like the one Harry had given me with his number on it.

"Thanks. Bye," I said and walked out. I couldn't believe what I had witnessed. Mr.Fuentes didn't seem like he regretted anything that he did. What kind of father is he?

I opened the door of my car and as I was going to get in, I saw Harry walking towards me.

"Hey, what's up?" I asked.

"I know I shouldn't doubt you. But, I'm warning you if I find out that you and Melissa are doing things behind my back, you'll regret it. Sorry, man you're my friend and I don't think you are but I'm just warning you."

"I understand. We're just friends."

"Okay, well, I have to go. Oh and would you like to eat at my house tonight? Im sure my parents and Gemma would be happy to see you!"

"Sure. I need to change, though."

"That's okay. I'll send you the address to my house, okay? I'll be waiting for you." With that, he walked away towards a sweet white car which I assumed was his.

I knocked on the Styles' front door. It soon opened and a maid was standing there.

"Are you Louis?" she asked.

"Yeah."

"They're expecting you. Please follow me." I nodded and followed her to the dining room.

"Louis! It's nice seeing you! You've grown so much, I remember when you were a scrawny little kid," Des said getting up from his seat. He shaked my hand and I said,"Its nice seeing you too. And yeah, I was pretty scrawny," I laughed.

"Please take a seat, Louis. Make yourself at home," Anne said. "Thank you."

"Gemma and Harry should be down any minute."

Gemma soon entered the dining room followed by Harry. "Louis! I haven't seen you in so long," she said and hugged me.

"Same to you."

"Hey, I'm glad you could make it," Harry said giving me a hug. I sat down in between Harry and Gemma.

"Ella! Please serve us our dinner!" Anne yelled. A few moments later, a maid that looked pretty young (around my age) walked in and served us our food. I noticed Harry looking at her.

"Are you alright?" I quietly asked nudging him. He nodded.

"How are your parents doing? When did you move to the states?" Anne asked.

"Well, I moved here my junior year of high school. My dad came with me. He's moving back on Wednesday. My mum had twins earlier this year," I said. I didn't want to tell them we still had some problems with money. They know, but it's not something I'm comfortable talking about.

"Oh my god. What are their names?" Gemma asked.

"Ernest and Doris."

"It's about time you have a brother," Des laughed.

"Yeah," I smiled.

"What are your plans?" Anne asked.

"Well, I'm planning to move to Doncaster with my friend later this summer," I said drinking some wine.

"Well, it's nice that your family will be all together."

"So your graduating from college soon?" Gemma asked. I shifted in my seat awkwardly.

"Um... no. In fact, I don't go to college."

"But you are smart! You should've gotten a scholarship."

"I guess there were many people smarter than me."

"So what do you do for a living?" Des asked.

"I paint houses just like my dad."
