(Previously) Izuku: what I'm about to say may sound crazy but I believe that the league of villians have infiltrated the government offices.
AllMight: I have someone here who can back up what you've just said Young Midoriya his name is Naomasa Tsukauchi.
Tsukauchi: hello I work for the police department as a detective and I've been looking into what Midoriya has said and I do see a connection between the government and villians. After villians are caught a week later those same villians are causing trouble again so I've decided to investigate I'll do whatever I can to help this cause.
Monoma: May I assist you Detective Tsukauchi I may not have a quirk anymore but I'll do whatever it takes to help
(Chapter 26 begins)
After Izuku had reunited class 1-A and 1-B he knew that the fighting was going to be extremely dangerous he was glad to be able to have two guys on the inside. Detective Tsukauchi was the last man on the police force who didn't go corrupt all police officers were acting like villians tyrants. Tsukauchi had warned Monoma about the risks if caught trying to bring down the villians government Monoma didn't care because he was now quirkless and he was willing to sacrifice himself for the cause.
Izuku then handed both of them communication devices that were set on a specific frequency thanks to Mei Hatsume. Now that the undercover mission began Tsukauchi and Monoma had come across a scene where they saw soldiers apprehending a villain they decided to follow the vehicle to see why the same villians that were arrested were out on the streets after 3 days as they reached the destination only to see the soldier cutting the villian a break releasing him outside the city. The duo recorded this with a phone and kept investigating until they came across Combustion and his new sidekick granape (grape + grenade)

As Tsukauchi and Monoma continued to record it looked like Combustion had opened a dimensional portal only to bring 4 people through they looked exactly like Combustion and Granape.
Now that detective Tsukauchi had enough evidence he and Monoma were heading back to Izuku's base until Tsukauchi stepped in a well hidden bear trap.
Tsukauchi: Monoma take the phone and deliver the Intel we gathered leave me behind
Monoma: No I don't want blood on my hands
Tsukauchi: you'll have more blood on your hands if we fail his mission
As Monoma took the phone and ran extremely fast back to Izuku's to deliver the intelligence gathered. They asked him where the detective was but before he could answer Momo shouted for everyone to look at the T.V it was Shigaraki Tomura and detective Tsukauchi.
Tomura: It seems that we had a spy among us if this was an attempt to bring us down heroes you've failed. The death of this man is on your hands
Tsukauchi: I don't blame the heroes it's an honor to die and every traitor of the police force you all have no integrity.
The talk of honor had irritated Tomura so using all five fingers he disintegrated Tsukauchi Naomasa's head everyone saw in horror AllMight wept for the death of his friend.
Monoma: Let not his death be in vain Izuku it seems that the military is working with the villians.
Before Monoma could say more a portal opened inside Izuku's home/hideout everyone was in combat position until three figures stepped out of the portal.
???: We come in peace for we are here to help.
The three figures not yet visible assured the people but Izuku felt as if he had heard this voice before.
