*Alex's P.O.V*

I woke up in what seemed to be a living room, a blanket over me, and I was sleeping on a couch. My head felt like it was about to explode. It was morning, I let out a soft yawn and I looked over to my right and saw jack. He startled me, did he sleep here just to see if I wake up? I remembered last night and sat up and put my face in my hands.

"Shit." I mumbled, jack's eyes opened up a bit and then they widened once he saw I woke up.

"Lex!" I sighed

"What happened to josh last night?" It must've been something good because jack was grinning like crazy

"Zack punched him and he fell to the ground and it was just crazy and-" I laughed at the way he explained last night, he sounded like a little kid, easily amused.

"What?" He stared at me in confusion

"It's cute when you explain things like that." He frowned but smiled a bit

"Like what?" I chuckled

"Like a little kid." He threw himself on top of me and kissed me, the kiss became more passionate quickly, I pulled away and remembered that jack was sleeping next to me on the couch

"Why didn't you sleep on your bed?" He shrugged

"I was worried about you, and I just thought you'd wake up soon and I didn't wanna be far from you" I smiled, he really did care about me a lot

"Thank you jacky" He nodded and wrapped his arm around me

"I'll call jenna and the other two so they can come over, jenna was worried about you last night, she was freaking out." I frowned and chuckled a bit,
jenna and I weren't really that close, it confused me how she freaked out about me so easily, we've just been friends for...what, like three days? I sighed and nodded as jack called them. I was surprised zack punched josh, for me. This year isn't gonna be that bad...right? I mean, I have jack, jenna, rian, zack. What could go wrong?

*Jack's P.O.V*

"He's okay right?!" Jenna exclaimed through the phone, I rolled my eyes and sighed

"Hey, don't roll your eyes, and don't sass me." She said in between laughs,

"How did you-" Before I could finish my sentence she interrupted me

"I'll be there in five!" She quickly hung up and I sighed, I already called zack and rian. They said they'd come in a few. I walked over to alex, he was on the couch and he seemed to be lost in his thoughts.

"Earth to alex" He blinked really hard and I chuckled

"S-Sorry. Just thinking" I raised my eyebrow

"About?" He shrugged but before I could ask again jenna kicked the door open, my eyes widened as she screamed

"ALEX!" she quickly ran over to him and hugged him tightly

"Jenna! that was my front door, my mom is gonna be so-" She interrupted me again

"Oh jacky don't worry about it, I just picked the lock with my pin. It's not like I broke it." I sighed and nodded. Jenna seemed to be really attached to alex, maybe she likes him? No no. Jenna is your best friend. Jack get those stupid thoughts out of your head. Jenna and alex don't even look good together. I sighed and got up to make breakfast, alex pulled on my hand

"Jacky, you okay?" I nodded and smiled,
then made my way to the kitchen. I decided to just eat cereal. I grabbed three bowls, one for jenna, one for me, and one for alex. I started pouring the cereal and milk in each bowl, I felt someone wrap their arms around me from behind, I turned around and saw alex, I gently placed a kiss on his cheek

"Watcha makin' jacky?" I smiled at his soft voice

"Cereal" he chuckled

"Sounds delicious." I quickly got out of alex's grip and placed a kiss on his forehead, he pouted and sat at the table and started eating his bowl of cereal,

"Jenn, breakfast!" She ran over to the table and started eating, I grabbed my bowl and sat at the table with them.

"You were great last night jenna." Alex said with his mouth full of cereal, she chuckled a bit and nodded.

"You were too alex." It was awfully silent after that small talk. We finished our bowls of cereal and the doorbell rang, I walked over to the door and opened it. Zack and rian waved and I moved out of the way so they could come in.

"Where's your mom?" I shrugged, I wasn't exactly sure

"Probably at work, or at the store." they both nodded and walked over to alex, who was playing rock paper scissors with jenna

"Alex! I'm glad your okay, man." Rian hugged him and zack did too

"Thanks zack, for defending me" I heard alex say in a small voice. They both nodded and we all walked over to the living room. We were are really bored. Jenna kicked her feet in the air,

"I'm booooored" she pouted, it was cute how she acted like a little kid. Everyone else nodded and I shrugged

"What do you guys wanna do?" jenna looked outside

"Lets build a snowman!" She jumped from the couch and grabbed her jacket then ran outside. Alex grabbed my hand and grabbed both our jackets, zack and rian nodded and walked outside, they both already had sweaters on. I put on my jacket walked outside, I felt something hit my back. A snowball. I smirked and grabbed some snow and made it into a ball and threw it at jenna. We decided to stop after a while and make the snowman. Alex, rian, zack, jenna and I piled up the snow and made the bottom of the snowman. We were all out of breath already, it was really cold.

"I'm gonna go get the carrot for his nose" I nodded as alex ran inside the house

"I'm gonna make some hot cocoa, you guys want any?" I nodded but zack and rian shook their heads.

We started making the rest of the snowman after they left, I frowned. Did it really take that long to get a carrot? "I'm gonna go check on them" I nodded, rian walked inside and he wasn't even half way through the door when he grabbed my wrist and pulled me inside. I looked over at rian in confusion and saw alex and jenna kissing. She was on the counter and alex was holding her thighs. Jenna opened her eyes and looked directly at me and pulled away from alex, alex turned around and his eyes widened as soon as he saw me

"Jack I-" I frowned and my emotions got the best of me

"Get out." 

"But jack-"

"Out." Jenna tried talking to me and apologising

"Jack please, just-"

"No! get the fuck out of my house. Both of you."

Jenna looked down and walked out of my house, alex was still standing there looking at me.

"Jack, i'm not leaving. I can't bare to lose you again." I scoffed and shrugged "Jack, we both fucked up by kissing the same girl." 
"Yeah, but we weren't together when I kissed her. I didn't ignore you for a week so my reputation would be on track."  I could tell he had a bit of hope left, before I said that. As soon as I said that his face fell.

"Get out alex." He sighed and made his way to the door, he looked up at me and I looked right back at him, he placed his soft lips on my cheek slowly and left. What did I just do? Oh, right. I kicked him out of my house. Why did I feel guilty though? He deserved it right? Right. He cheated on me. With jenna. Jenna. The person I called my best friend when alex wasn't there. The person I told everything. The person I thought I could trust. The person I kind of liked. The person I kissed. Jenna. The sweet quiet girl, kissed my boyfriend. Alex Gaskarth. I fell to the ground and hugged my knees and started crying. Rian tried calming me down and zack came in as soon as he saw alex and jenna leave the house. They both rushed to me and tried calming me down

"Shh, jack. It's okay." No one could calm me down. No one. Except alex. It didn't matter if I was mad at him or not. He was the one, the only one, who could calm me down when I was in this stage. He's my only one. And he might be gone.
