Camila sighed as she got to her lab. She only had four classes that lasts an hour and forty minutes but it seemed like they all lasted for eight hours each. Granted, she only went to two of her classes but it still felt like forever. She was bored in both of them and barely got anything done. In her Science class her lab partner was Tadashi. She had tried to hold back her tears but she ended up breaking down and running out of the class as soon as she walked in and looked at the desk. She skipped her Math class as well because he used to sit next to her. She even considered skipping English because it was his favorite class, besides science of course. They only had two classes together but everything reminded her of him.
She walked away from the door and collapsed on the couch that she had in there, throwing her bag somewhere. Camila looked around, remembering every memory that had to do with Tadashi. Her eyes filled with tears and she look down. She looked at her ring and smiled half-heartedly. She was happy that she had the ring but sad that the person who gave it to her no longer physically existed.
Then she began to think if she wanted to keep the ring on her ring-finger or make a necklace out of it. It would make sense to keep it on her finger but since she wasn't technically married nor engaged at this point, it didn't make sense to keep it there. Out of habit, she began fiddling with said ring. Twisting it left and right, pulling it up and then placing it back down to the base of her finger. It was something she did when she was lost in a thought or trying to remember something. She remembered the first time she did it in front of Tadashi. He got all panicked because he thought the girl didn't like the ring or was changing her mind.

September 23rd, 2028Camila sighed as tried remembering the formula for an equation in Math. She was so close to giving up and throwing the paper in the trash but then she'd get in trouble. Without realizing, she began fiddling with her ring. She twisted it around her finger, pulling it off and putting it back on. She took it off and placed it on the desk, placing the eraser on her pencil in it and swirling the ring around the desk. She stopped looking at the paper but looked at her ring instead, her ADHD getting the best of her. She moved it around in circular motions, tilting her head to the side a little and thinking of absolutely nothing.
"Y-you okay?" Camila heard Tadashi ask. She snapped her head up and looked at him.
"Hmm? Oh, yeah." She replied carelessly, slipping her ring back on her finger. She saw him nod out of the corner of her eye. She looked back at him to only see he was looking down at his paper. She couldn't see much of his face but she could tell that he was worried. He was also mumbling things. Camila couldn't quite understand but she picked up a few words such as, "She" "doesn't" "ring" "changing" "mind". Camila thought for a few moments before she pieced together what he was saying.
"You know I love the ring and I'd never change my mind about you, right?" Camila asked him.
This time Tadashi snapped his head up to look at Camila. He blushed. "Was I talking out loud?" He asks, looking down at his lap.
"Kind of." Camila giggled. She put two fingers underneath his chin and gently forced him to look at her. "You have to know that I love you with all my heart and never in millions and millions of years would I ever changed my mind about you." Camila tells him, looking into his brown eyes. His face somehow managed to get more red, making Camila laugh quietly. She removed her fingers from his face and he looked down again.
"I love you too it's just...you're so pretty and perfect and I still don't understand how you said yes. I just always think that you'll leave me because you're perfect and I-.....I'm rambling aren't I?" Tadashi rambled before stopping himself out of embarrassment. His ramble made Camila blush nearly as bad as him. She looked at him before kissing his cheek. He looked up and smiled at her before leaning in and planting one on her lips.
