I trudged down the steps, my mind still foggy. I walked into the kitchen expecting it to be empty, but instead, it was filled with various boys, and I could hear the rest of them in the living room. I internally groaned.
"Naerin, good morning!" Hoseok shouted, and I covered my ears. He laughed.
"How do you have so much energy in the morning?" I asked, yawning.
"Aw, you're cute. You look like Jungkook, but the you're opposites. He's up every morning playing video games." I frowned, and made my way to the fridge. When I opened it, and of course, there was barely anything left.
"Aish, I thought you all had practice today. Now the house is loud and there's no food." I pouted slightly, but no one payed me any attention.
Still pouting, I moved into the living room to look for my brother. I found him on the couch.
"Oppa~, everyone ate the food and I'm hungry. I didn't even have dinner last night. Shouldn't you all be at practice?" I tapped his shoulder multiple times.
"Our manager gave us the day off because the party ran late. It's not my fault they ate the food. There's a convenience store right down the street." He said, more interested in whatever was on the video game he was playing then our conversation. I groaned, dreading the relatively long walk I would have to make on an empty stomach.
I guess if I left to get some food it would mean I wouldn't run into Jimin. I wasn't sure I could face him without blushing like crazy after last night.
I frowned to myself, and headed toward the front door. As I turned a corner, I ran face first into the one person I didn't want to see right now. I pulled away, mumbling apologies. I knew the blush was evident on my cheeks.
"Cute." Jimin said as he walked past me into the kitchen, I stood for a second and watched him, but then quickly turned away. Why was I being called that today? I shook my head. I needed to stop getting distracted and focus on getting something to eat.
I was slipping on my shoes and a light jacket when I heard Jimin's groan from the other room.
"Seriously? No food?" He complained, and I smiled despite myself. Looks like we had the same problem
"I think Naerin is going to the store. Ask her to grab you something." Jungkook responded. Gathering my courage, I walked into the kitchen.
"Yeah, what do you want?" I asked, and grabbed a piece of paper and a pen when various boys, actually, everyone but Jimin starting making requests.
"Okay, I think I got everything. I'll be back soon." I ran upstairs to change out of my pajamas. I threw on some light makeup and a causal outfit.
I grabbed my purse and was about to leave when someone grabbed my wrist.
"I'll come with you. Just let me get my hat and a mask." Jimin said, still not letting go of my wrist. When I nodded, he sprinted away, and was back before I could count to ten.
