Chapter 5

 Adelaide's POV

Jade and I are in the kitchen preparing the dinner for the boys. "Jade can you pass me the pizza cutter please. Bottom shelf second drawer." she nodded and passed it to me. I had made enough pizza's for all of us, including my cousin sister Christine. The house was filled with the aroma of cheese, tomato paste and veggies. I placed all the slices on a big metal plate and placed it back in the oven. Ben was in his room doing.........god knows what. Jade suggested that we go to my room and pick out something decent to wear when the boys come. I knocked on Benjamin's bedroom door and told him that the pizza was ready and was in the oven so that we won't have to eat cold, chewy pizza for dinner.

"Oooook. So what should I wear. ." I said as I opened my cupboard while Jade sat on my queen sized bed. "Don't know. I'm not the one who wants to impress the guys." I turned around and gave her a glare. "Don't give me that look. We both know it's true." She was right. I just rolled my eyes and turned back to the cupboard. I looked from to top button and found this really pretty dress. "What about this?" I said turning around with the dress in front of me. "Really a dress." "To much?" I said scrunching up my nose. "Ya." I placed it back in the cupboard started searching for something else. "What about this?" I didn't even see Jade walking up to me. She took out one of my favourite tank top and my PJ shorts. I didn't even know that they would be a good match, but I took it from her hand and went to the bathroom to change. I like to tuck my t-shirts and tank tops so I did the same to my tank top from the front. I applied some perfume and headed out. "Cute, but not too immature."

Jade rolled her eyes and was about to go out when I pulled her back in my room. "Where do you think you are going?" Jade started taping her finger on her chin and acted like she was thinking. "Most probably to the living room."

"Oh right. Sorry. As you were." We both went down stairs and to the kitchen to get something to drink. "Mountain dew?" Jade didn't say anything and just nodded. I poured the drink in a large glass and gave one to her. I walked around and sat next to her on the bar stool. "Hey what about mine?" I turned around to see Ben with his hand folded in front of his chest. "Do you really want to drink it?" He shook his head vigorously with a smile on his face. "Then go get it by yourself." He mumbled something under his breath as walked to the bridge.

DING, DOOONG

"Oh they are here. I'll go get the door." Benjamin said as he closed the door of the fridge. He did a woo doo dance before he disappeared. Me and jade stared at him as he left. I looked at Jade and rolled my eyes at Ben stupidity. "Want to stay over tonight?" I asked after taking a sip from my glass. "Why not. Don't think you will be able to handle the boys alone." I could here the boys backering as they came near us. One sounded awfully familiar. "Jadie. So good to see you here." I looked at Jade and she just rolled her eyes. "Hi Kai." Kai is Jade's Older brother, who is the same age as my brother. They both have know each other since my and Jade. Both are fucking annoying but they love me and Jade to death...............Sometimes. I have had a crush on Kai since 2nd grade, Jade knows It, but still haven't had the guts to tell Him. I turned around. Everything went to slow motion don't know why. I faced the boys to see that one of them was the One and only Mr. Zane Davis. There was another guy next to him....No idea who. "You?!" Me and jade said at the same time. Zane stepped a little close to me.

"Everywhere I go, you happen to be following me. Is there by any chance of you having a connection with me." I raised my eyebrow. "You are not the Sun, so the world doesn't revolve around you sweetie." I said winking at him with a smirk. Me and Zane started having a staring contest, but obviously I won. "What are you doing here?" we were cut of by Jade. Me and Zane turned and faced her. "Me you ask? I was invited by Ben." Jade looked dumb found. You got to feel sorry for her. "Ooooook. Ummmmm this is awkward. Why don't we start again?" Kai said. "This is Zane and Ryder."

"We know." Jade and I said together. Ok, now I regret when I said that I wanted to impress the Boys. I TAKE THAT BACK!!!!!!!. "Adelaide sorry I must have not warned you but the boy's are going to stay the night." Mine and Jade's mouths dropped wide. I put my hand and shook my head left to right once. "I've had enough...........Of you all." I said pointing to all the boys. "Me and jade are going to be in the living. The food in the oven and if you want something don't ask us.........GOT IT!"

"Wow what got your pantie in a twist or a-are you on the time of the month." Kai said scrunching up his eyebrows and his nose. "What no."

"Come on Jade." I said as I pulled her with me to the living room. "So what do you want to do?"

"Don't ask me you were the one who brought me here, so you should know?"

"Right......Ummmmmmm.....Karaoke?" I suggested. "Anything better than that?" Jade asked folding her arm in front. "I was planning to play Bottle spin True or dare, but wouldn't be fun with only two people. We can play that when the boys have finished "gobbling" up the pizza." Jade looked confused when I bunny eared Gobbling. "Why don't you see yourself." I said pointing to the boys. Kai who was being challenged by Zane to see how many pizzas they can eat in one go. Looked disgusting. "Ok what song do you want to sing. You chose while I turn on the Tv so that we can see the lyrics while we are singing." I said as I turned on the Tv. I connected my phone to our Google home. I would say that I am a really bad singer, but Jade says otherwise. "How about "YoungBlood by 5 Seconds Of Summer" Jade suggested. "You go first. I need to Train my vocals." Jade said clearing her throat. "Really train your vocals? That's your excuse?"

"LA LA LA LA. I sorry what? Did you say something?" I rolled my eyes at Jade and started playing the song.

I really didn't need the lyrics as I know it by heart. I have this talent where if I listen to a song a couple of times I get the hang of the lyrics and I don't need to search up the lyrics. I got the remote control to be my pretend microphone.

I got into the song that I stood up and started singing the song. Singing is something I do when things are at a rough edge. I don't me I am going through a rough edge right now. I took a quick glance at the boys to see that Kai and Zane were looking at me. I quickly turned around.........maybe a little too quick because I fell over the small tea table that was placed in front of the Tv. When I opened my eyes to see if i was dead or alive I saw Jade,Kai , Zane and Ryder looking down on me. "You okay?" Kai said. I just nodded blushing. I tilted my head up from my position to get a better view. I looked at the counter to see that Ben was stuffing his mouth with Pizza. "Are you going to help me?" I said a little annoyed, don't know why.

"Uhh, ya sure. Be there in a sec." Was all he said before he went to do or get something. He came back with a tissue in his hand. I FUCKING TISSUE. "Need a tissue for that issue." He said as he handed me the tissue. "BEEEEEEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Love you sister."

"Oh ya sure you do." I said rolling my eyes and laughing with the others.

Tonight is going to be fun.
