Chapter 9

Adelaide's POV

Jade, Ethan and I are sitting in the living room watching TV. We had watch 5 episodes of "Suits" because we couldn't think of something physical to do. I was going to ask them if they wanted to drink something, when someone rang the doorbell. "Are we expecting someone?" I asked Jade as I headed to the door. "I don't think so. Just check who it is."

"Looks like they doesn't know the meaning of being patient." I mumbled to myself. "COMING!" I shouted back. I unlock the door to see that a Catherine was standing on the doormat with 2 huge suitcases with a designer handbag. My eyes went wide and my mouth dropped. "Did you miss me?"

"Cousin Cathy." I squealed as I enveloped her in a tight hug. "You came home early. Did you finish all the work in Los Angeles."

"It was difficult but got all the work complete. I did extra soI won't be needing to go back for a while. I have been running around so much that I haven't had time to be with you or jadie."

"Who is it Ade-. CAATH!!! you're back." Jade shouted as she ran to Catherine and gave her a hug. "I missed you too." Catherine said as she hugged her back. I took one of her luggage while Jade took the other walking behind Catherine . "So, tell me all the goss (Gossip) that I missed in the past two months.". Jade and I looked at each other knowing exactly what we are thinking. We quickly went up stairs and placed all the Luggage in her room and went back down stairs. Catherine must have gone straight to the bathroom because when we entered the living room Ethan looked clueless. I looked at Jade and gave her a wink. "What's going on?" Ethan asked looking dumbfound sitting on the sofa. I sat down beside him and gave him a pat on the shoulder. "You will find out in 3, 2- " As I was about to say 1 Catherine came in and gasped. "Who is that sitting on my sofa?" After covering her eyes as if she had been blinded with the brightness in the room. I looked over at Jade who was trying hard not to crack up. "W-who is she?" Ethan asked pointing to Catherine. "Who am I? Well you're about to find out hot shot." Catherine said as she slowly walked up to him. Ethan was about to get up when me and Jade pulled him back down by yanking him by the shoulders. He looked at me and then at Jade. "Is there something that I need to know that you two haven't told me?" He asked us. Catherine came really close to him with a serious face.

"Hi, I am Catherine Faye. CEO of the Faye Fashion industry, cousin and sister of these too Idiots." I narrowed my eyes at her. "Let's pretend that we didn't hear that." Ethan sighed really loudly like he had been keeping his breathe the entire time. "I am Ethan." He extended his arm to handshake but instead Catherine hugged him. "So who's the lucky girl?" Catherine asked.

"Say what?" we all said in union. "Who is this guy dating? You or Jade." Ethan laughed.

"Oh I am not dating any of them. You see I saw them at the bea-"

"Long story short. I hit his nose and gave him a really bad bruise." I rambled before he told the real story. "Awww, you poor thing. Anyways I am going to head up stairs am have a little nap and finish some work that I left incomplete before I had to go." she winked before she went upstairs. "So what do you want to do now? There is nothing much to do here. Want to go outside and have some lunch?" I suggested.

"I like the sound of that."

"Good gods. I ate way to much." Ethan said rubbing his stomach. "Then who told you to have 3 large fries, a hamburger and frozen coke." there were still fries left over on his plate. "Can you finish this for me?" he slowly slide his try Jades way. "Hello, Do I have a label on my forehead saying "trash can" I don't think so. They are your, you eat them." Jade said pushing back the tray to him. Ethan made a face before he picked up a frie and stuffed it in his mouth. He had way too much that he placed his hand on his mouth and ran straight to the toilet. I facepalmed myself.

How did we end up with this guy

After few minutes Ethan came back with his face all wet. "What'd you do in the toilet, have a shower?" Jade asked. Ethan didn't reply and sat down on his seat and continued eating his fries. I was finishing my frozen coke when i got a message. I picked up my phone to check who had messaged me. I rolled my eyes after i show who had texted me.

Annoying Idiot:- where r u?

Me:- Still in bed, why?

Annoying Idiot:- Sure, it's 12 in the afternoon and you are still sleeping. For me that's quiet hard to believe.

Me:- At McDonald's. We are going to stay here for while, if you want you can join us.

Annoying Idiot:- Who's us?

What's up with his today

Me:- Me, Jade and Ethan

Annoying Idiot:- Who's Ethan?

AAA. This Prick.

Me:- You are asking an awful lot of questions today.

Annoying Idiot:- Just tell me who he is?

Me:- i will tell you when you come. You can ask Ethan himself.

Annoying Idiot:- Fine, be there in 5 minutes.

I locked my phone and slammed it on the table which frightened both Ethan and Jade. "What got you pants in a twist?" Jade asked, slurping her frozen coke. I didn't answer them and just looked outside the window looking out for Zane. "I'm going to get something. Be right back." Ethan said standing up straightening his pants and walking to the counter to order more food. "Obviously you are after you poured your guts out in the bathroom." Jade shouted. Maybe a little too loud because Other people that were sitting next to us turned their head at us. "Sorry" Jade apologized. I looked at my wrist watch to see that 5 minutes had past and that he still wasn't here, where on earth could he be. My thoughts were cut of by people squealing and squeaking of chairs being pushed. I turned around to see that there was a half circled around the entrance door. "What's going on?" Jade asked as she stood up from her barstool and went of to see who it was, I followed her close behind after I picked some of the fires that were still in Ethans plate and hide them behind me. Knowing who was standing in front in the middle, I wanted to give him a nice warm welcome. I got to the crowd but couldn't see anything "Excus- ooof" i couldn't finish what was saying because the girl next to me ellowed my face.

Have had ENOUGH!!!

"Out. of. My. way." I shout whispered. That was enough for the girls to shut their mouths and look at me. "Before I do anything bad, you better move." I said in between my teeth. The girls made way so that i can go through this storm without getting wet. "A great way to make an entre" I said as I folded my arms in front of me. "I know ri-" Zane could finish was I was saying because I stuffed the fires that i was holding into his mouth. "Being sarcastic." I said after I turned around and went back to my seat were Ethan was again stuffing his face in the double cheeseburger. I sat down in front of him. Jade came back and sat down on her seat. "After you finished that, Don't tell us that you need t-"

"I won't" Ethan replied with a smile.
